Dear Sir,\r\nI'm writing you this letter in regards of those you currently employee at Fountian Electric LLC, none of whom has any knowledge of this letter or it's content.I wish to express that this letter should in no way be considered as a threat rather an open communication.The purpose of this letter is to communicate with you regarding the well-being of those in your employment as well as the integrity of your company. Recently it was made mandatory for certain employees to work overtime hours, and those employees whom are dedicated and dependable complied. However the personal office was not informed of the overtime which resulted in those employees not receiving pay for overtime worked until the following pay period. How Sir is that considered fair? Furthermore when you make it mandatory for an employee to work week after week with no time off to rest or see their families don't think they deserve some kind of incentive pay. Not just their overtime pay. When you depend on your employees to go that extra mile why can't they depend on you to do the same. Sir a company is only as good and dedicated as those they employee, therefore shouldn't you be as dedicated to them. providing ice water which should be done regardless, maybe some gator aid a longer lunch to rest from the heat proper tools and equipment. Sir the Lord says do unto other as you have them do unto you. kindly regard this letter God bless and amen.\r\n
