We recently had a new A/C and furnace installed by Warren-Hay. They were professional, efficient, and courteous. The work was done exactly to specification, and we had no problems whatsoever. The best part is that the price was EXTREMELY competitive; we had secured several quotes for the same high-quality equipment, and found this to be the best value by far. I cannot speak to their service department, but I can highly recommend them as a new system installer.

If you are smart you will call someone else, This is one company that knows nothing about customer service. In the middle of working on my unit, the little boy that was sent out to do the work spent 35 minutes on the phone talking to his girlfriend and not working. I was billed for all of that time also. Do your homework and check companies out before you call them to come out to do work at your house.

If you are smart you will call someone else, This is one company that knows nothing about customer service. In the middle of working on my unit, the little boy that was sent out to do the work spent 35 minutes on the phone talking to his girlfriend and not working. I was billed for all of that time also. Do your homework and check companies out before you call them to come out to do work at your house.

These are very dishonst people! You need to not call them.They will charge you for work they do NOT do and will not return your calls the next day when you have no air. Over $500.00 later you will have to call a company to fix what they have messed up. Stay away from this company!

I had an excellent experience with Warren-Hay -- they replaced my entire HVAC system and ducts recently (which were in bad shape). They came out within two days of my call to give me a thorough quote, and even though I waited a month to decide on finances, etc., they scheduled the work within days of my call again. The crew arrived at 7:30am and they were done by 3pm. They were courteous, and cleaned up everything when they left. The cost was exactly what they had quoted, to the dollar. I highly recommend them!

Never have I seen such a shady company! A star rating is required - but they deserve NO stars! Unfortunately for us, the number for one of the employees' cell phone numbers was printed on our A/C unit - so when our A/C went out a day before our wedding, we jumped at the first number to call. The person that showed up took another job in the middle of looking at ours, didn't tell us we were going to be charged overtime (we found that out on our $400 bill), in fact, he said he was just ""filling in"" and wouldn't give us a straight answer on the cost. He added freon and said he'd charge 5 units - they charged us 6 - and that he would only charge an hour of work - they charged us 1.5 hours. So yes, it was $400 to get freon added AND THEN IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK!! It never cooled down, so we had to leave for our wedding with it 90 degrees in our house - forget getting a good night sleep beforehand! Then we get back from our honeymoon to a 98 degree house and try calling them to come back out. After many MANY phone calls we finally get someone to tell us that they will draw up an estimate for either replacing part of our unit or the entire unit, but that regardless, it would take at least a week to get the part in, so another 2 weeks AT MINIMUM before it's fixed. A week and countless phone calls and voicemails later, we STILL can't get a phone call returned and haven't received these quotes. Imagine spending the first week as a married couple staying at your in-laws house....I love them, but still, not how we imagined getting settled in. And there's no end in sight! We have no idea when we will get our A/C fixed! Do NOT put yourself through this!!!! Go with ANYONE else!!!!!!

It took them 3 days to complete a job that should have taken 2 hours at the most. I was over charged and spoken to very rudely by the owner of the company. I would tell anyone to please look elsewhere if you are in search of quality work and hospitality. When my compressor went out I had to endure heat of over 90 degrees for more than five days before these "professionals" located the problem and it only took them two hours to fix the problem. My candles melted and warped from the heat. I was charged for their ineptness.
