This Jewelry Store is run by very astute genuine persons, local through generations, and honest to the core. I have never been pressured or "sold" anything here. They travel (Mr. and Mrs. Cass) world wide to bring to Greensboro the very finest merchandise and values....especially high quality diamonds that Stewart hand picks in Antwerp. He bought a special cut diamond that I offered to my Grandson as an engagement ring-stone. He was thrilled beyond belief!...not to mention how his fiancee reacted. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, they feel as bad as you do about it and will make it right and all then enjoy the experience of genuine home town courtesy and good business.. This is THE STORE. I have bought from many...but this is the best! RWhite

Hardly anyone will do engraving anymore, especially if you bought the item somewhere else. Cass Jewelers does an outstanding job at a reasonable price. When I first walked in the store, I half expected to be ignored - the store atmosphere is very elegant, the employess very well dressed & I was in my frumpy work clothes. I need not have worried. I was promptly helped and made to feel comfortable right away. The gentleman helped me decide on an appropriate script for a wedding cake knife and told me when it would be ready. I was in & out quickly. They called when the knife was ready for pickup. The engraving was beautiflly done. The price was much lower than other places I had found, and I was not charged any extra because I did not buy my knife through them.
