This restaurant is a real treasure! As noted by the other reviewers, the food is excellent and authentic. The ambiance is wonderful, the staff always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.

I highly recommend the chef's specials, as we have had a number of intensely pleasureable experiences by ordering those.

Taverna Agora is a definite favorite for us, always a special treat.

This is my favorite fancy restaurant in Raleigh. The food is fantastic--classic Greek dishes and some modern twists. The service is always wonderful and the service is perfect. Order a bottle of wine and enjoy!

Just ate here last weekend and loved it. The food was excellent, our waiter was so helpful and the atmosphere was great - unlike any other restaurant in the area. I felt like I was in Greece!
