we left and not come back, the waitress would spend more time talking to her boyfriend, white young female than our table.management saw her rudeness and would not do anything about it. she would walk away from our table to talk to her boyfriend.and we had to continually ask her to come back and do job.the hostess would not volunteer to wait on us.she was gossiping on the telephone. she would not volunteer to wait on our party and we had to ask her to do job.she got angry at us. then gave us our menu.took us to a dirty table then she ran away and not come back.the waitress told us that writing down menu order is not her job and she is a perfect person and never mistakes.she got angry at us then she wrote down the menu.she would try to start fights with us,interrupt, yell at us,not busy rush to get rid of us,not volunteer to come back to our table to see if we needed anything.she brought us the wrong orders.and got angry at us when we had to ask her to do her job.she brushed the food crumbs off the table and not clean the dirty floor. we walked out without eating.she brushed the food crumbs onto the floor and left it there.also heard her complain to the boyfriend of the customers who are tip stingy

We have always enjoyed the food at New Town Bistro. Staff is friendly, accommodating, and professional.
I really like the many options of wines by the glass and homemade desserts. Try it out

One of our favorite places to eat in Winston-Salem. Brunch is our favorite with a unique selection and everything tastes fresh. Nice employees that always seem willing to serve.

Went to the New Town Bistro on several Girls Night Out. We loved the martini's there. Food was good ... yes, a little pricey but it was the right atmosphere for our group.

Pros: other restaurants to eat at,not this one

Cons: this restaurant

The food very good. The prices are comparable (maybe a little higher) to a chain but the food is head and shoulder above. I have had brunch, lunch and dinner there and find it a great place to grab a bite in the area. I think they have a nice selection of items to choose from.

New Town Bistro is too expensive for what it offers. The atmosphere, menu, and quality of food are all very similar to the standard chain restaurants, but the prices are higher.

New Town Bistro serves creative dishes that you are sure to find value in. I have eaten in many resturats and paid twice as much and have not received as good a meal as I have at the Bistro.

Check out ther 36 wines and martinis by the glass and a great sunday brunch menu.
