The Dr. was short, and almost rude to me. He made me feel like I was wasting his time by asking questions about my contacts. The lady who fit me contacts put alot of pressure on me to order them from Champion Eye Center... I am glad I didn't, because I found a years supply of lenses for about $60 less online. The heavy-set blonde receptionist is always short and rude to me, and not very personable. Other than her and the Dr. the rest of the staff was nice, and I didn't have to wait very long for my appointment either of the times I went.

The dr wasn't really friendly and the one lady told me that I would get a bigger rebate on my contacts...well when I went to pick up my contacts, I ended up paying about $40 more than what she originally said. She said oh I made a mistake. $40 might not have been anything to her, but for me it was a huge blow to my wallet. I will never go back there again. They were also trying to say I didn't make a payment and owed them what I had previously paid. Talk about frustrating!

I'm not sure which staff member treated a former poster so poorly. I'm sorry they had that experience. I have had nothing but positive experiences here. I can say that I've been going to this eye center for 3 years and have never been mistreated. The frame selection is vast. Silly, adventurous, professional, they have a frame in stock for you. They are also quick to point out fit issues with frames: too narrow for my face, to large in the nose bridge, etc. I feel like they are trying to make me look my best---not sell me the most expensive frame in the store. I love the fact that they will order a frame for me to try. If I don't like it. No problem. They send it back. Products arrive quickly and without incident. They respect my time and have never made me wait for my appointment. I rate them the highest of any eyeglass professional I have visited in the last 15 years. I constantly recommend them to family and friends and they take most insurance plans.
PROS: Large frame selection, they will tell you if a product won't work for you.
CONS: I'm moving from the area soon and will have to leave them :-(

I broke the leg off my glasses so I called around and everybody wanted to charge a rediculous price and have me wait two weeks to fix them. These guys ordered a full pair of glasses to get the part I needed and had me ready to go in two days. Thank you

There are six people in my family and we have been going to Champion eye center for years. They are always prompt and courteous. The examinations are thorough. Dr Pattihas that doctors intuition and was able to recomend a brand of contact that feels better and wears much longer than other lenses I've had. Their frames are a little more pricy than average, but well worth the extra $$. Ive had the same
frames for three years and they still wear well with no slippng or bending, and nary a scratch on the lenses.

The only people that were personable and friendly were the receptionists. the Dr was very rude and short with me and had absolutely no personality. I will never go back there because he made me feel like i was stupid or something. Plus he had morning breathe!
