I was totally disappointed with my agent Harold Panel and with my travel arraingement after reaching my destination. First off he put me and my family practicly on the tail end tof the plane, which was very noisey. I was totally decieved when I reached the hotel that was located in North miami which Harold endured that there would be plenty of shopping, resterants and clubs.that was not the case we could not have been further from all the nite life as possible,the hotel was nice but we had to walk 9 blocks just to find a fast food resturant.I specfic asked for and thought I was paying for a beach front room with a balcony.I arrived to be told that Harold had reserved a room without a balcony I called him imediately and he was so unconcerning all he could say was he does not recall I was so angrey because he did not even ask if it was something he could do or try to rectify the problem he just said there's nothing he could do and ended the call. I had to pleaded with the hotel to place me in a balcony room and I must say they were very nice about the mix up and placed me in a balcony room.I just feel like after he received the last payment he never contacted me or my family members to see if there was anything else he could do to help with my trip. I received awful unprefessional service from him and he was not helpful or even compassionate that I am clostophobic and allways ask for a room with a balcony..My family and I will NOT BE RECOMMENDING THE COMPANY OR AGENT TO ANYONE

I used Sandra W. to help me plan our honeymoon in November to St. Lucia. We had a wonderful time, and have no complaints about the trip itself. \r\n\r\nLet me first say that the recommendation was great, as was the logistical follow thru on the part of Sandra. She was thorough and booked everything as requested. The packet of information was very helpful even though it was most likely not written specifically for us (I do not hold that against her). However, I must say, I never felt as though she cared about our satisfaction, happiness or us in general.\r\n\r\nLet me back that up with several examples:\r\n\r\n1. After the first two phone calls describing what kind of trip we were considering, the only phone calls I ever recieved were regarding payment. I took specific note of this because it immediately began to bother me. She never asked how the wedding planning was coming, if we were excited, if we had questions before we left, nothing.\r\n\r\n2. I went back and looked through every email I recieved from Sandra before writing this. Only on one occasion did she end the email by saying ""thank you."" The only other thank you we recieved was in a form letter included in our information packet. \r\n\r\n3. Since the final payment was made, I have only recieved one phone call from Sandra...to confirm the address of where to send the information packet. It has now been over a month since we returned from our honeymoon, and I have yet to be contacted to see how our experience was, if we would change anything, or if there was anything that could have been better. \r\n\r\nThe last is especially troubling to me. As a person who makes their living on recommendations, I would expect a travel agent to immediately follow up so that they can make more accurate recommendations in the future. This makes me wonder if we were just lucky with her recommendation for us...\r\n\r\nAgain, I want to emphasize that Sandra did everything she promised; she booked a fantastic honeymoon. However, being in sales myself, I know the importance of making sure the customer is happy, learning from each one, and following up thanking them for the business. I never felt that Sandra did any of that. \r\n\r\nBased on my experience with Sandra and Travel Experts, I can't say that I'll never use a travel agent again but if so, it probably won't be her. \r\n\r\nBS
