It was a pleasure having mr. todd y come to my home in louisburg to replace my windshield. He did a very fine job, and Its a shame he is married or i would have let him cool off in my pool... but Thats ok he said he had another job to go to! Todd your the best my Acura has never looked so sexy.

Does good work, but won't go out of way at all

Disappointing. Getting windshield replaced, tried to talk to them about adding extras and protecting from UV. You cannot call the shop, you get routed to a national call center. Answer I got from 3 different people is that you have to talk to the local shop - but you can't talk to the local shop.
My understanding is they do excellent work. I gave up, worse than dealing with Dell tech support, at least my calls didn't go to India.

Hello, sorry that my ladies in the office did not offer you any more information on extra UV protection. However in almost every state laws vary on what is acceptable. A auto tinting place local to you would be a better ad-visor. And FYI we do have local folks in NC, however if they are on the phone it is possible, to provide excellent customer service.
