I am without a doubt a LOVER of jewels, bobbles, bling...and after spending much money elsewhere, I found Reliable Loan and came to know that THIS IS THE BEST PLACE TO GET JEWELRY in Raleigh. The name of the place doesn't capture what this place really is...a retail shop for EXCELLENT QUALITY and HIGH END diamonds, stones, rings, bracelets, necklaces, and custom designs at HUGE SAVINGS. I sound like a commerical or like I work there...but I assure you, I am only a HAPPY, HAPPY customer and I am giving you a "pearl" of wisdom. If you are shopping for such at items at the mall or other retail places...you are really losing some major cash. Go see Alan Horwitz and tell him the "pearl" lady sent you.

My diamond engagement ring came from Reliable Loan and Jewelery. The owner/operator, Mr. Horowitz, and his staffpeople are great to work with on picking on the diamonds and settings. And the prices can't be beat when compared to the other jewelery stores in the area.
PROS: Great Diamonds at Good Prices
