Arbor Creek Animal Hospital

Great~ Been going here for over 7 yrs - always good service, knowledgable, and very nice and helpful. I've been going to this vet and boarding several times a years and wouldn't consider changing.

Go Elsewhere! I would not recommend this practice to my friends OR enemies. For example, they micro-chipped the wrong dog. To make matters worse the dog already had a microchip. The pets owner was furious and has proceeded to spread the word about the incompetent management. They pressure you to buy products at a premium price. Most meds they prescribe are much cheaper elsewhere. They have promised to order meds that patients need ASAP. Then, they don't order the products. Meanwhile your pet is uncomfortable. You call back; desperate for them to get the product in. When all along they could have handled the order correctly. Better yet, they could actually check their inventory so they never run out. Or, they could call in a favor to another facility that has the product in stock. That way your pet doesn't have to suffer. When they aren't sure what is wrong with some patients they continue to schedule recheck exams over and over. This gets very expensive. They tell you "We have a great network of veterinarians that we consult with on the internet." We will do some research." They use veterinarypartners.com which a civilian can use (What a joke)! When they make a mistake; They would rather "Fire" you as a client instead of correcting their mistakes. There are much more competent and compassionate practices available. I strongly urge you to consider another facility! Petsound A.H., Creature Comforts A.H., Hemlock Bluffs A.H., Etc...

I have been bringing my cats to Arbor Creek for years and have received great service and the people there are super. My first experience with Arbor Creek was when my 1st cat had become ill and had to be put to sleep. The vet and the assistant were very caring and respective to my cat and were very supportive of me as I was very emotional. I have been bringing my 2nd cat to Arbor Creek and the staff is very attentive and I know she is in good hands. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

This place is a joke!! They are not concerned with the care of the pet but instead how much money you can spend! I have never been so unhappy with a Vet!! the customer service is very bad too. They make even the easiest routine things complicated. I will never go back!!
