I just took Scottie. My Scottish Tarrier to this vet yesterday & he is now wagging his tail again. They were very prompt in getting me & Scottie a room right away. Very friendly & they are letting me pay the balance on my next pay check. Or Scottie my have died. They love animals & it shows. Most of the Vets in this area charge $42 at the cheapest for an office visit & they only charge $36.50. Love ya'll

I'm trying to file a complaint and possibly get a refund from Reilly Road Animal Hospital for negligence.
A catheter was left in my dogs arm after an operation.
Bentley M. Stephenson D.V.M. said its common to leave a catheter in for up to 2 days for fluids but we were scheduled to come back after 10 days. If we were to leave it in for that long it would have caused serious infection and possibly death.
Here is what it looks like,

The Best By Far in the Fayetteville Area!
I have been going there for years and never once have I had a problem or have any of my pets been mistreated; I even took a 2 week old kitten there for care and they were so gentle and helpful that he has now grown to be a 10lb happy healthy cat

Disappointed! I arrived for my appointment and I was the only person in the waiting room or appointment room. I stood there for over a minute while four women continued to talk without acknowledging me until I cleared my voice, and stated I was here for an appointment. The receptionist did not know whether I was a new or returning patient. Finally she asked me to fill out a new patient form. After it was completed I had to wait again before one of the four took the form from me and told me to wait. When the tech finally brought me in, I waited again. They did the fecal exam and the tech came back out with tapeworm medicine. Never saw the vet. Asked them to exam two spots on his paws, and the vet finally came out to exam him. He didn't even introduce himself, spoke maybe a sentence, and then left. I sat in the room until I finally walked out to the front office on my own. My bill was $225 for simple routine exams and medication. Not pleased with the service or the cost.

I have had a very positive experience at Reilly Road Animal Hopsital. My husband and I adopted a yellow lab for our daughter who is only 1 and half so really she was for us. She had been fine but when we never got the vaccination documents from the previous owner I decided it was best to just take her to a vet and just start over. So when I took her in low and behold she had heart worm! I was devestated first at the thought of my dog suffering and second for the cost the treatment would be...right around holiday time. The vet and staff were great they were very caring and even let me do a payment plan for 3 different pay periods to pay off her treatment. I would reccomend this vet to anyone. When I called the vet on post to see what treatment would be they said it would be 400 and upfront. While I am paying a bit more the fact that I can split the bill up into 3 different pay periods has helped tremendously.

I have read alot of reviews that say good and bad things about this hospital. Personally i think the staff is very good but the doctor has no personality. He is straight foward and direct in regards to the information about your pet. I have taken my dog there for the past year and have no issues with any area of this hospital. I would recommend this hospital to anyone. Be aware though the parking is limited and is very hard to get into and out of when trying to leave.

I can tell you that by experience and having worked for RRAH that they have experienced people working there and an awesome Dr. I know that the kennels get cleaned daily. I highly recommend that you take your animals to RRAH!!!! They have fantastic staff there and will help your animal in need and give your animal what it needs. I want to say thank you for the staff at RRAH for the wonderful opportunity to get to know you all and to the clients that bring their animals there so I could get to know them and care for them. Keep up the great job!

The staff is always changing because, incase you haven't noticed, this is a military town . . . meaning they don't live here for very long before they're off to their next duty station w/ their husband/wife, so they're always looking for new staff. The animal hospital is on the same road as a gate for Ft. Bragg, for God's sake.
Anyway, this hospital is excellent. I've been taking my dogs there for the past several years and received excellent service. My dogs seem to like the staff and doctor as well.

I been a client of Reilly Rd. Animal Hospital for years. Recently my little dog was attacked by my German Shepard. I went to the hospital as fast as I could. As soon as I came in, the assistant took him back to the treatment area. The doctor and staff was able to save him. The skin on his face was torn off. The staff is awesome! The doctor is great. He's the bomb. They truely care about the pets!!

I take my dogs and cats to Reilly Rd. for everything they need. When we need our pets to stay somewhere, they all stay at the kennels there. They love it! They get a lot of attention. I wouldn't take them anywhere else.

My dog ran away while I was out of town, and someone found her. They called Reilly Road Animal Hospital, and gave the tag number over the phone. The staff was quick to call me to let me aware of the situation. Dr. Stephenson allowed her board untill I came back into town. The price for boarding was good, and Sierra (my baby girl) was well taken care of. She usually has separation anxiety, but when I picked her she was happy and care free. I would reccomend this vet to anyone!!

I had adopted a puppy from some people who had breded their two dogs. When I adopted him, he was very sick. I went to Reilly Rd. Animal Hospital, and was instantly seen.. as a WALK IN! The exam and tests that needed to be done was performed in good time. And they found out what was wrong with him within the first 15-20 minutes!! He had parvo really bad, so he had to be hosptalized for a while. When I picked him up he was happy, active, and I could tell he really loved the girls there. Dr. Stephenson also helped me with his care by answering all my questions. Now when I take him in, he is very excited, and all the girls know him by name. I am extremely thankful for the love and care Dr. Stephenson and his staff gave to my baby boy. I will never go to another vet again, because I already have the best for my pet!
God bless Dr. Stephenson, and his staff! And anyone who loves their pet will take them there!!

I strongly recommend taking your pets to Reilly Road Animal Hospital. Dr. Stephenson and his staff are so friendly and nice all the time. My dogs love all the attention they get when they go there, most of the staff know my dogs by name. If i need any help with anything they are always helpful and I am not one to understand medicines very well but they are always thorough in explaining everything even down to my dogs toe nails. I boarded them a few times and I always ask for baths be given when I come back, I love the way the staff takes care of them and makes them smell so good, and there groomer Iris, she is the best. It is always a pleasure to go to Reilly Road Animal Hospital for me and my dogs.
Thank you Dr. Stephenson and your staff for all your help and support.

I recently visited Reilly Road Animal Hospital with my dog/daughter Jenny. I loved that i was welcomed as soon as i walked in the door. The smiling faces of the attendants were comforting even for just a puppy check-up. They had the knowledge and professionalism that makes you feel comfortable with leaving a part of your family here.

I have been a client of the Reilly Road Animal Hospital for nearly 4 years. I'm in the military and it is so truly important to me how my girl (DIAMOND) is treated when I deploy or go out of town on leave. The Reilly Road Animal Hospital has taken great care of my girl as if she was their own. As I prepare to PCS I just want to say "Thanks and God Bless" the Doctor and his wonderful and loving staff for their care, love and support of my Girl "DIAMOND". I would highly recommend this Hospital for medical and boarding care for anyone desiring the best for their PET!!! Thanks a Million!!! Strong

I am writing to you to express my sincere thanks for all you have done for my "kids." I have been at Reilly Road Animal Hospital for a year now. At first, Matt (my Italian Greyhound) was your only patient until Ruby and Spike came along. You have taken care of all of them and on occasions had them while I was away. You have shown so much love and care of all of them and I cannot thank you enough.
I have been going to Reilly Rd. animal hospital with my pets for 3 years. The doctor is very nice and does a very good job. The staff is very friendly and helps provide great services. I would recommend people to go there. Prices are reasonable and great service.`
The Staff is always friendly whenever Iam schduled for an appointment. Some of the staff even know my dogs by name, especially Matt.
I love the staff at RRAH. So caring !
When I first moved to Fayetteville, I chose this vet because he was so close to my home. The staff is super sweet and I have never had a problem with them.
The service from the vet and the group in the office is super, any help I need with my dogs I get and more. Thank you.
I love this place. I am an animal lover and so are they. I have 5 pets now. The all feel confortable when going here. I have taken my dogs and cats to other places and it always turned out bad. like trying to pull teeth. Here they are excited to go. makes me feel more confortable. Staff is great. Plus there offer everything I need. Encluding kennels. Really close to Post and easy for my husband to go there and pick up any of our pet needs I just call ahead.

They go out of there way to keep me informed. They keep there staff well trained. It so sad seeing some of my favorite people leave due to PCSes but they leave great replacements.
My dogs and even my cats arent afraid to go there. They have always been very prompted in reviewing and in and out processing procedures. It makes going to the vet one of the easyest thing I do. I have five pets. Plus I am a half way house for lost and abanden animals. Needless to say I send a good amount of time at the vets office. I love my animals so much that only the best is what they get and Reilly Road is the best.

We have always boarded with Reilly Road Animal Hospital. The staff is always friendly and willing to assist you with anything. The facility is always clean. I have never had a complain or bad experience.
Reilly Road Animal Hospital has always treated my dog very well. I have brought him in for numerous emergency visits, as well as scheduled appointments, and they are thorough with their diagnosis and very helpful. I hope to find another vet office like this at our new home!
It is super convenient to be able to drop the dogs off on the way to work and pick them up on my lunch. I also find that everything was reasonably priced. I can take care of all my dogs needs in one place.
Very professional and courteous .
All my animals ( 3 cats, 2 dogs) are seen here! Awesome staff and service .
Very nice staff and the doctor loves animals. They will work with you as well. I drive all the way across town just for my pets to get the best!! Love them!!
I have been taking my 2 pugs to RRAH for a little over a year now. My oldest dog Lilly is ALWAYS sick. Every time I have taken her in there they see me right away and know exactly what is wrong and exactly how to treat her. If you need a regular vet for your animal, or are panicked that your baby might be really sick, this is the place to take your animal. They put the welfare of your animal first.
You are all so wonderful, so professional, and so caring! I will continue to speak highly of you to everyone I know.
I love this clinic!! the staff is friendly ..the doctor is great..they seem to love there jobs...they put the pets first...the clinic has a lot of services to offer....boarding, grooming, health care, day care, etc.
