Jolly's Jewelers & Silversmith

Jolly's has great customer service and many beautiful items in their store. Their prices are a bit higher than some other jeweler's but they have a nice selection. We looked for an engagement ring here but they only had one diamond in the shape we were looking for in stock and it was already promised to someone else. If you are looking for basic jewelry they are a good choice but may not have what you need if you want something specific or that is harder to find. A good place to check though.

Jollys Jewelers recently moved from its downtown location to the North Hills Mall. Established in the 1850s, this store is still family owned and operated. The store has a great selection but to be completely honest it is hard for me to comment on the price of the jewelry sold there as I am not a big jewelry person and do not frequent the jewelry chain. What is nice is the appointment service that they offer after hours where a customer can come in and look a articles privately.

When my engagement ring, which was my husband's grandmother's, need repairing, I immediately thought of Jolly's first. Their reputation in Raleigh is amazing. I had high expectations when I took my ring to them and they did not disappoint! They are so kind and are really big on customer service. They make sure you are happy when you walk out the door. Do miss them being at Cameron village. Takes away a little bit of that old Raleigh feeling.

Love, love, love Jolly's!

I would have preferred that they stay in their Cameron Village locations, but the new location is really nice too.

My husband bought my engagement ring there, and i have purchased quite a few other items there and have always been pleased with both the quality of the jewelry , as well as the friendliness and knowledgibilty of the staff.

Their jewelry repair is also quite good. They repaired my wedding band (which was my grandmother's originally) and I wouldn't let just anyone near this 60 year old piece of jewelry.

Highly recommend!
