When I went to this company, this place was very busy. That told me that they must do good work. I waited but could not continue to wait because I had to pick up my child but I would go back if I have the time.

I still remember his name after 3 months. Shawn provided me a GREAT service when i needed it. I was on my way to work when one of my tires bursted, and the store was not yet open for the day, but he was kind enough to make an exeption with a smile. He made my day :)

I have been a patron of Discount Tire for several years, and I still keep going back for my tire needs. This location has a rather friendly and helpful staff. They have always given me sound evaluations and made recommendations that were best for me and my vehicles, as opposed to what would make them the most money. I recently took my car in and learned that I needed some other work done. They suggested who I should use and even called to make an appointment for an eval, all before I even left the store. Great customer service, and I love the lifetime tire rotations.
