This place was amazing, I have been all over the world and would pick no other pizza. The italian subs are 5 star and always fresh. The young staff that works the place is well managed and efficient. It is nice to know a owner cares so much about his store, very family friendly.

Pros: Large seating area, THE BEST PIZZA, Friendly owner & Staff

Cons: Makes you full after 2 slices

Alfredo's is pretty good if you're looking to grab a quick slice of pizza before or after you shop. The service was good and the pizza was alright. I recommend them for quick food on the go.

This is kid friendly place and the food was OK - we got pizza slices and fries. I would only rate the pizza a 3 but the staff was friendly and the place was clean.

Terrible service - rude, immature and disrespectful employees. Loud obnoxious owner. I guess they feel like they are the only pizza place at the mall so they can get away with treating customers horribly.

Pros: It's in the mall

Cons: customer service

Great Pizza! Friendly, Clean and Delicious. I love their white cheese pizza with feta cheese and spinach!
They are real Italians too! They are located in University Mall, near the DMV

These are the biggest slices ever I thought I could eat anything when I went in their but I almost didn't finish them because they were so big. Alfredo is great person and the guy below me Mr. Info just has gas or something. I strongly recommend it.

I was a regular at Alfredo's Pizza Villa for over 6 years until recently. What changed my mind about this friendly, smiling character and his restaurant? Well, once you get past him constantly yelling at his employees and cursing at people on the phone, the food is pretty good. But a week or so ago I was in there and heading towards the restrooms, located on the right of the counter, to wash my hands before my slices were heated. I happened to take a gander into the back of the restaurant and I could not believe my eyes! There was a younger member of the staff with his entire, ungloved hand/arm, covered in red sauce, coming out of this huge container. I'm going to assume that's what they make the sauce in. Alfredo was there, so I asked him "what is that guy doing back there?" He replied, "well, some of these f***in' guys are so stupid they slip and fall sometimes." It looks to me like he was using his arm to mix sauce. Apart from that, I have been given pizza from the previous day on many occasions. I guess the workers have learned to give an up-front excuse by telling you they are going to "check the back oven" then you hear some kind of freezer door open and shut.
Today I was craving pizza, so my GPS took me to Randy's Pizza towards Durham because I was out on the road. I took a look at the menu because I had never been there before and I saw that you can get extra toppings on individual slices. Now, I have asked the staff at Alfredo's and Alfredo himself many times to add some toppings. They tell me "we can't put raw toppings on the pizza because the h3alth dept won't let us." Today at Randy's I asked "Isn't it illegal to add toppings to already cooked slices?" They replied, "Lord no, who on earth told you a thing like that?" So in my mind I'm thinking, 'Alfredo himself would rather blatently lie about something to my face than just say "sorry, we don't do that". Give me a break. I'll never go back there and I hope other people are smart enough to do the same.

Pros: Lots of seating because the seats are always empty

Cons: Loudmouth owner cursing in Italian at you and you don't even know it.

The very best pizza, spinach calzones are amazing, and Alfredo himself is a great guy, and contributes back into the community. A must eat at place.

I have been eatting at Alfredos Pizza for 13 years. Now that is saying something...the pizza is amazing, it literally is the only pizza I buy. The atmosphere is amazing, and so is the staff. Alferdo lives in the place, and he is one of the coolest people I have ever meet. You know the place is good when the owner is mopping the floor :-D

Pros: Inexpensive, food is worth it, cherry coke

Cons: None, None, None

Alfredo's offers the best thin crust, NY Style pizza around. The friendly owner and staff make this place very inviting. The dining area is relatively small (about 16 tables), but it is an order and seat joint so you can avoid the extra server's fee. As a bonus, you can also take a leisure stroll through the quaint University Mall afterward. My young family and I make this pizzeria a weekly tradition.

In a town with a lot of good pizza (thanks UNC students!) Alfredo's is the best. The thin crust has a flavor like no other in Chapel Hill, and the toppings are...tops. Great value, great service. Say hello to Alfredo, he's the nicest guy in town, and cares about what he does. This is a family affair.

Pros: The best pizza, Friendly service, Owner operated

Cons: what's not to like?

.

You have to love a pizza place where you get slices that are bigger than your plate and the owner is always there. This is always my first choice for pizza- nothing else in the area even comes close.

Since moving to San Diego a year ago, I have not been able to find pizza half as good. In fact, last time I was back in Chapel Hill, I bought two extra large pies and froze one and brought it back with me. Simple, but fantastic!!!!
