We used Providence Florist for my wedding flowers and absolutely loved them! They worked with my mom and I to get exactly the looks we wanted and they weren't over-priced. Everything was truly professional and beautiful! On top of all the gorgeous design work, they were kind and helpful.

I live in New Jersey. I called this florist to have flowers delivered to my mom in Charlotte. The Telephone person was very prompt and helpful. They made a custom flower arrangement and delivered to my mom the same day. My mom called to thank me and said the flowers were beautiful. (Best of all, she was happy that I remembered her birthday!!). This florist did a great job with my flowers. I will use them again.

I picked up a dozen roses for my wife for our wedding anniversary. I forgot my credit card there. From the credit card receipt, they got my last name and somehow from phone book or Internet they found my phone number and called me at home and said you have left your credit card here. Please come by for a pick up and will keep it at a safe place. They sure did. I have been their customer since.

Twice this florist has helped in an unexpected situation! First in immediately getting an arrangement together for a family due to an sudden death and also with creating a corsage for an event while we waited...They have some most unusual vases and will custom create whatever you like.

I called them at 704-542-3500 one time late in the afternoon. I wanted to pick up some flowers for our wedding anniversary. They were very courteous over the the phone. When I got in, the flowers were very fresh and waiting for me to be picked up. Didn't even have to wait... They had some nice color selection on roses. But I didn't want the roses this time. Shop was nice and clean. I like their website too, it is very informative.

I went to Providence Florist on Providence Road in Charlotte, North Carolina, and I did not feel they lived up to the florist business. There wasn't much of a selection, and the staff weren't that friendly. I did manage to buy something from here, but I felt as if I was picking from the bottom of the crop. I liked the prices, though, so in a pinch, I will return. I think maybe this was a bad flower day for them, LOL. I don't think they could be in business if they were only average. I think they are great for their roses. Recommended with a lot of reservation as notated above.

I went in to get a bouquet of mixed flowers including roses and I had them custom make me a bouquet which they were happy to help me with. However, the bouquet came out looking not so good but still decent so I did not give them a hard time about it. The price is slightly too expensive for the quality.
