When my husband and I anxiously planned our wedding we really wanted to use companies that had a real hands on feel. We went to Gregory's because they didn't feel like the "big boxed stores" of tuxedos.

We were impressed with the introduction to Gregory's. My husband liked it so much that he paid a $35 deposit and got his measurements done right on the spot.

In the next few weeks he got several calls from the store stating that he had to have his measurements taken and would still need to pay the deposit. We went back to the store because to clear up the matter. Everyone makes mistakes, right? He took his reciept and had his measurements re-done.

Two weeks later we got calls AGAIN saying that they needed the deposit and his measurements! He went back down there and tried to clear up the matter. Very calmly my husband explained that this was one of many calls and the 3rd time that he'd have to have the measurements done. After the staff was rude and unresponsive, he decided to get a refund. He left the store with the deposit.

About a week later we got yet another call asking about getting his measurements. We told them that we had cancelled our booking with them and were going somewhere else. The caller got very mad and hung up.

Clearly there's some sort of break in the organization/communications of the store. If they can't hold on to measurements, how could they ever get the tuxes for the wedding in on time?!
