Carrabba's Italian Grill

I don't live far from Carrabba's in Concord so I eat there quite often. I have never been disappointed. The staff is always very friendly, professional and personable. The owner, Will, personally greets us, remembers names/faces and always makes sure that we are accommodated. It's a very pleasant atmosphere. I like to try different dishes but my favorite is the spaghetti with meatballs and my husband loves the pasta weezy. We have come to know several outstanding staff members (Lindsey (there are about 3 Lindseys), Reuban, Lauren M. and Fallon-just to name a few)We now make a point to bring our family and guests there. They always provide the best Italian dishes and you can tell that the staff takes pride in their work. If you haven't eaten there before, you must try it. You won't be disappointed.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. I think the pasta is too watery, they don't drain it before putting it on the plate. The sauce is too salty as well for my taste buds. The service was fine, but the food was lacking in my opinion.

My husband and I have been a long time fan of this restaurant and I have to share my love of it and the entire experience. We have been going there for about 5 + years now and just love it. I travel all over and when I return home we head straight there from the airport. The staff is just great and the owner/manager Will is FANTASTIC! He has made dinner feel like being at home, with family and friends. He is top notch and his staff is fantastic. He has really made a difference once he took it over. We love it and the food is fantastic! Wine isn't the finest lines but really a good selection at a decent price. Overall- GREAT GREAT GREAT!
