Hoffman-Haus Pet Resort is the best resort to which you will ever have the opportunity to take your pet. Whether you have a dog, cat or bird, Hoffman-Haus is the only home away from home that I will take my canine child. The owner, Doreen, truly is an animal lover and cares genuinely about the well-being of all her guests. She and her staff take personal pride in making sure all their animal guests have all their individualized needs met. Doreen is also very involved with community organizations, finding homes for homeless animals, in addition to having sheltered many homeless animals after Hurricane Floyd. If you are looking for a kennel for your animal, Hoffman-Haus is the place to take them.

Our mixed (lab/dalmation?) breed male dog thinks Hoffman -Haus is his "home away from home". Everyone at the kennel knows him and treats him with utmost care. We have had both Willis and Bridget trained at HH and are very satisfied with the results. Doreen and her team are all completely dedicated to making sure that your pet is well cared for.

We have moved from Greenville and one of our regrets and challenges is finding a kennel that does as well as Hoffman Haus.

While anyone can have a bad experience at any facility (kennel, hospital, doctors office, etc.) I would hope that if you are dissatisfied that you would let the owners know. I know if Doreen knew that someone was unhappy she do whatever it takes to correct the situation. Then again, seems to me like some folks are born unhappy.

Hoffman Haus just started a full grooming program, so I thought I would try them. I am so happy I did. My dog can be difficult to work with, the groomer was so caring and gentle, my shih-tzu was very relaxed, and gave the groomer only minor problems. As for the haircut, it was beautiful, she looked like a
STAR!!!! best hair cut ever.

I was surprised and shocked to read a bad review. The care my dog recieves at Hoffman Haus, has been the best I have encountered. My poodle loves it there, and the groomer gave Misty the best haircut she has ever had. The groomer and the staff are tops in my book.

I have a "high-maintenence" dog, who is my baby, that can't seem to do well with anyone except the staff at Hoffman Haus, who know my little terrier by name..... In additon to the spacious runs, they offer additional services for pets, including pool parties, nature walks, and ice cream socials! Although they are a bit higher in price than leaving him at the vet, it is well worth the extra expense. I would highly reccomend them above any of the kennels I have tried in the Greenville area.

We had planned to board our puppy at the vet while we took our son to Disney. It was a shock to discover that they keep the dogs in a kennel "big enough for them to stand and turn around." And only take them out for a few minutes twice a day! This did not go over well with us. So we asked around and found Hoffman Haus. HERE they have an indoor outdoor room that has heat and air inside and a fenced area outside with running room and a doggy door to come and go as she pleases. We were much more satified with this option for our puppy. Keeping her locked up day and night at the vet for five days seemed mean to us!
