A few yrs ago I had the honor of winning a $25 gift certicate to the "Framing Lady" at a silent auction. I thought great. I had a frame and the pictures I wanted. I just needed someone to mat it and put it together for me.

The "Framing Lady" did a wonderful job!! It looks great to the day. However my $25 GC barely made a dent in the cost.
I was shocked at the price. But I paid it and ended up with a one of a kind Christmas present for my Father in Law.

PROS: Wonderful Work
CONS: Over Priced.
