As a physically active individual I feel that chiropractic care is an important component to my fitness routine. Tight, unbalanced muscle tension, and spinal or other skeletal misalignments can lead to additional pain and injury that will rob you of performance and reduce your quality of life. One year ago I had a failed microdiscectomy and a subsequent spinal fusion so I now feel the need for regular chiropractic care is more important than ever. Dr. Watson provides outstanding care and service, far better than many of the orthopedic physicians I've seen. His honesty and straight-forward manner highlights his sincere care for his clients - which is further demonstrated by his reasonable fees. He uses modern chiropractic techniques and tools which aptly compliment the traditional chiropractic treatments of passive traction and spinal manipulation. I would highly recommend Cary Chiropractic Clinic to anyone looking to improve mobility, reduce pain and tension, and/or just maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Thanks for keeping me on the tennis court!

Even though I live a very active lifestyle (coaching/playing ice hockey + participating in a fitness training program several days a week), my daily work/home life can include sitting in front of a TV/computer, attending all-day meetings and/or traveling by car or plane for the majority of any given day.

Until I came to Cary Chiropractic Clinic several months ago, I was convinced the nagging lower back pain I was suffering was just a part of 'getting old' and was never going to go away or get any better. Since that time, the care that Dr. Tracy has provided me has led to significant improvement in how I feel all day long. His honest, helpful advice and straight forward recommendations have given me a new perspective on both how to improve my current situation and prevent further degradation of my condition in the future.

Now I am a strong believer in timed, on-going chiropractic care with Dr. Tracy at Chiropractic Clinic in Cary as one of the key factors for success in my overall health maintenance program.

I lead an active lifestyle, but am plagued by lower back pain that would flare up every now and then. The last time this happened, the pain was significantly severe and to the point that I felt utterly disabled. I decided to see Dr. Fuller at Cary Chiropractic when there was no sign of the pain letting up after several days.

Having never been to a chiropractor I was understandably anxious, but Dr. Fuller spent the better part of an hour explaining what chiropractic could do for me, performing the initial diagnosis, which turned out to be a degenerative disc condition, and prescribing his treatment plan. He started me off with 2 visits per week initially to manage the acute pain and scaled back as my condition began to improve. I now visit Cary Chriopractic once every 3-4 weeks for an adjustment. My back pain is now a distant memory and I have been able to get back to the activity level that I had in the past. Thanks to Dr. Fuller and Cary Chiropractic, I truly feel like I have my life back.

Being a veteran of the US Army, I constantly beat up my body jumping out of airplanes, carrying heavy ruck sacks, and constantly running. I saw several chiropractors while in the service but truly did not experience a continuity of care until I met Dr. Watson. His genuine devotion to ensuring his patients get better is uncommon in today's world. He effectively treats the issues, gives reliable advice to prevent further episodes, and provides guidance that is obviously seasoned with many years of effective chiropractic experience. Apart from his expertise in the field which has made me a loyal patient, I look forward to my next appointment with him because of his sincere attitude and general great spirit! How many times can anyone say they enjoy going to the doctor!! With Dr. Watson and his staff, you get world class treatment coupled with the feel that you are his only patient. Without a doubt, the best experience I have had the privilege to be a part of in the medical field!

I have known Dr. Watson since high school, although we had only seen each other at reunions, and not keep in touch outside of that. I was dignosed with Degenative Spine Disorder by a local orthopedic surgen in Durham. The bottom line, with him, was he could do nothing to help the condition, other than prescribe pain medication. I was not happy with that answer, I knew Dr. Watson had a practice in Cary, so I called him to see if he would see me. I'm so glad I did, because, I have had exceptional progess, in less than 2 months. Dr. Watson did not guarantee he could help me, but he said, " lets see how it goes". I was impressed with his knowledge and degrees in his field and felt I'd be in very good hands, and I was right. He really cares about his patients, and is an expert in his field.I'm so glad he took the time to talk with me and use his exceptional skills on me. I was in really bad shape , and almost ready to throw in the towel. I'm %90 better and hope for as close to %100 as is possible. He has made a great difference in my life and I would recommend him to anyone having problems in his areas of expertice. I have told all my friends and family about the miraculous results I have recieved from him.I would recommend him to anyone. I thank God for leading me to him. Sincerely, Carmen Lund

I've been to a lot of chiropractors over the years and I can tell you for a fact Dr. Watson is a godsend! I have a lot of unique spinal problems due to a birth defect called spina bifoda. The bottom line is this: Without Tracy Watson, I would either be in a wheelchair or dead by now! One additional side benefit, he has also become a good friend!

I've been going to Dr. Watson for almost a decade. He was recommended to me by a co-worker, and he's one of the only chiropractors I've ever had who was more concerned with his patients' outcomes than just getting their money. There have been a number of times that, because of my almost lifelong chronic back and neck issues, just one or two visits with Dr. Watson were enough to alleviate my condition and get me back to feeling normal and pain-free. Both he and his assistant have always been friendly, caring, and thorough professionals, and I would recommend this chiropractic clinic to anyone!

First off, making my first appt with Cary Chiropractic was "First Rate Customer Service" in that Tricia was very personable and took the time to ask me about what scheduling options would work best. I was having some pain/numbness in my left arm/shoulder and I didn't know why but suspected a pinched nerve. My appt was at 7:30am, the pain had reached a new level, so I got up and drove to their office. Upon entering, Tricia asked how could she help me, little did she know what would unfold. My left arm was numb and I was in severe pain. Dr. Watson approached me to assess the situation (obviously heart attack was a concern).. Seeing that I needed of medical assistance, he called an ambulance & used this little handheld machine until they arrived. He told me it was 'cold laser'. The ambulance arrived, took me to the nearest hospital and treated me for a bulging C5/C6 (in my neck) .After treatment/release, I was instructed to see a neurosurgeon. Surgery could be done, but also gave several options. I chose to go back to Cary Chiropractic to see Dr Watson. He is one of the most unique people you will ever meet. Simply put: He Cares. He motivates his patients through the healing process. He doesn't sugar-coat the facts, just advises you on how to get the most from your treatment. I also had the opportunity to see Dr. Fuller, who operates much in the same fashion as Dr.Watson. If you are in need to chiropractic care, Dr Watson & Dr Fuller (with Tricia running the office) are in my opinion the best around. I am back to a normal routine thanks to the staff at Cary Chiropractic.

Dr Fuller.
Well let me say that, Dr Fuller has been wonderful. I came in recomended by another patient for right shoulder pain. I couldnt lift my arm without extreem pain. after only 1 visit i saw improvement, by the time we had 3 visits under my belt i was pain free and moving nicely. i decided to see him on a weekly basis for my other back and spine issues, all i can say is without Dr Fullers help I would be doped up on pain killers and not sleeping, and still in bad shape. The staff at Cary Chiropractic is A+++ and remember whole body wellness is obtainable by every one it takes a bit of work and time but the results are amazing, thank you all see ya next week...

I've been going to see Dr. Watson all my life. He has helped me so much with different problems I've had throughout the years. I play high school girls lacrosse and struggled with different problems of pain in my back and legs. He discovered that the problem was the way I walked and helped me fix it. He has also helped me correct my posture before it fully developed into a malformation.

About 5 years ago I started going to see Dr.Watson for my headaches. He took me in the same day I called him.He has helped me tremendously over the years since then, and has made me realize my part in getting better as well. I am now practicing better posture and realize how this has contributed to my health problems over the years. The other chiropractors would treat me, but never encourage me to stand and sit correctly. He even showed me a procedure that shows how poor posture weakens the muscles in your back. I am a middle school health teacher and use his demonstation procedure as a hands on learning activity lesson for my students I teach. Recently I had another case of benign positional vertigo. When I tried to lie down there in the office I started to get dizzy. He fixed it while I was there.I did not even know he coul help me in that area.I am so happy I have a great chiropractor who is very reasonable as far as cost goes as well.

It is difficult to put in words how much impact Dr.Watson has had on my whole family's life. I lead a very active lifestyle and have to deal with multiple sports issues as a result of that. Over the past 4-5 years Dr. Watson has fixed my,
- Locked up lower back, got locked in a bent over position in a match, couldn't even stand straighten the upper body. He fixed it in 1 visit.
- Hip mis-alignment, Knee and Shoulder issues. Earlier this year, I had to undergo surgery and had a rod and screws put into my clavicle bone. I was up to full arm rotation in about 3 weeks post surgery due to 3/week visits to Dr.Watson. The Surgeon was amazed at the progress especially considering that he hadn't even had me see a Physical Rehab person yet.

The most amazing thing so far has been the fact that Dr. Watson has been able to fix the Lazy Eye situation in my 4 yr old son's eyes. The fix has held up with regular monthly/bi-monthly visits to him since the past 8 months. I known of at least 4 folks who have had there 3/4 yr old kids undergo surgery to get this fixed !! He is great with kids and my son always looks forward to the office visits.

In addition, Dr. Watson has fixed my 61 yr old mom's 10 yr chronic shoulder and knee pain (in 5 visits). She once fell and her wrist was swollen up and had a bad blue bruise. After determining that nothing was broken, we went to Dr. Watson and he was able to immediately able to provide pain relief, and we sincerely believe, rapidly accelerate the healing time..

Needless to say, He has become my family's Primary Care Physician !

I've been going to Cary Chiropractic off and on now for 12 years with everything from neck pain, lower back pain to degeneration problems. After the first session for each of my symptoms I immediately felt results. I am now virtually pain free now and feeling better with each of my maintenance visits.

Dr. Tracy Watson and his wife Tricia are wonderful folks. They are always willing to fit you into their schedule on short notice to accomidate you.

Not only is Dr. Watson very accomplished at what he does, he also takes the time in every visit to explain to you where you are in your healing process, and educate you on what you
need to do to maintain your optimum level of activity.

I am a true believer in Chiropractic medicine

In april of 2009 I died at Western Wake Hospital on Kildaire farm Rd. My family called Tracy. My liver and kidneys had shutdown due to other problems. I was transferred to UNC hospital and when I got out I was not much better than I was when I went in. When I came out Tracy starrted doing AccuPuncture treatment On me and some how he got my live back working and i am doing great. i still go to Tracy three or four times a week and I will go as long as I am able, however my guality of life is so much improved that it is unbelievable. I am Convinced Dr. Tracy Watson is the reason I am alive right now. If you don' believe me I am generally there on Monday, Tuesday Thursday or Friday about 10:a.m. i will be glad to tell you the whole story.

Dr. Fuller has been wonderful! I've had hip problems my whole life, so I mainly see him to correct/improve this. Upon my first visit, I saw improvement immediately. He always answers all of my questions, explaining why he does what he does and how I can help myself mitigate pain and restore balance (2 of my problems) by practicing at home. I've been going to see him less since I've been getting better. A+ work. I'll definitely be back if something else arises!

After having seen two chiropractors with very limited success, I quit for a few months. However my neck did not quit hurting and I found myself looking for a new chiropractor. I came to Dr. Watson, likely just how you got to reading this review: I searched and I researched for people??s experiences. I like what I read, and I decided to give it a try.
When I contacted Cary Chiropractic telling them I was in much pain, they did not hesitate in fitting me the schedule that same day. Even if, that was my first appointment. Right then, I understood they had a greater concern, one of helping people in pain.
Although two other chiropractors had seen my x-rays, Dr. Watson was first to draw lines and show me in very simple words what was ??wrong?? and was not, and point out what he could help with and what I would have to do myself, to make sure I did my part as well. And that was the breakthrough to me: Making sure that I was empowered to do my part! He could, just as well, do his job as many others, and have me ??dependent??, but no. Dr. Watson has a very different approach!
Besides, whereas before I walked into an office, waited for 20 minutes, was seen by the doctor for 2 minutes, had my neck cracked, paid and left, with Dr. Tracy you are truly taken care of. No neck cracking, because I prefer not, and a much more effective adjustment every time I come for an appointment. And above all, time to answer questions, give you hints and a genuine feeling that they sincerely care for you and your wellness.
With two treatments and with me working on ??my part??, I was already feeling 95% better! I can say that now with four treatments, I feel the best in months! 100%.
So my goal writing this review is to encourage anyone who is looking for a chiropractor to go see Dr. Watson. You will experience for yourself and hopefully spread the word, so you too will help other people.

So my goal writing this review is to encourage anyone who is looking for a chiropractor to go see Dr. Watson. You will experience for yourself and hopefully spread the word, so you too will help other people.

My 80 yr old mother started seeing Dr. Watson for back and knee pain three years ago. This was not only a life-changing experience for her, but it changed my whole family's opinion of chiropractors. She used to see a different chiropractor just up the street, where she was only a production number. Dr. Tracy, on the other hand, is a breath of fresh air, compared to what she was used to.

His compassion, sympathy, and deligence in what he does are all exceptional. Trish, his wife, has always been accommodating. She always took us with open arms on short notice. My whole family started seeing him shortly after she started. Dr. Tracy has truly improved our quality of life and specially my mother's, who has been suffering with arthritis for decades.

Thank you, thank you and thank you.

Pros: Caring, not just a number

NOT WHAT YOU WOULD EXPECT -- and I mean that in a good way. All doctors say they care about their patients and most mean it, but that sentiment won't make you better. You will only get better with the right treatment and by doing your part. Dr. Watson spends a lot of time teaching me what to do so that I can heal as quickly and inexpensively as possible. For me this is a new experience, as most doctors move patients through as quickly as possible.

I'm a new patient with low back pain who's never been treated by a chiropractor before, and I've been coming to Cary Chiropractic daily for about a week and a half now. I hope this fresh perspective is useful to some of you who may be considering chiropractic care but are wary of it. I was quite skeptical myself and it took a strong recommendation from a friend to convince me to make an appointment.

One of the things Dr. Watson taught me is that a chiropractor is like a mechanic for your body. Not all medical problems indicate chemical or surgical remedies. In fact, a wide spectrum of conditions respond well to chiropractic care. This all seems like common sense now, but just two weeks ago I was skeptical, and my skepticism stemmed from two things. First, I didn't believe that the body could be adjusted. After all, I've played sports and worked out all my life, and every athlete knows that significant improvements in flexibility or strength can take months to achieve. Second, I was afraid that a chiropractor might "adjust" me right into a wheelchair. I was wrong on the first count. After your first adjustment you will know that the changes in your body are not imaginary. On the second count, I still harbor a healthy belief that a doctor had better know exactly what he or she is doing.

Dr. Watson takes the time to answer my questions while somehow managing not to make me feel ignorant about subjects I am clearly ignorant about. If you need to see him more than once in a day, he will not charge you extra. If you need treatment on the weekend, just call (if you don't he will be a little upset). But if you are looking for drugs to dull your pain and make your couch time more enjoyable, don't bother showing up -- that's not what this place is about. If you are willing to learn your part and do it, you should see significant results and your quality of life should improve. There are no miracles or quick fixes, so don't expect to find any here. But what you will find is an efficient path to healing and the knowledge and treatment that make it possible.

Although I've never been to another chiropractor, I'm about 99% certain Dr. Watson is an outlier. It's obvious he's put in his 10,000 hours and then some. Why do I say that? Because he makes it look easy. As in professional sports, only the best can pull that off. All of the "extra" things he notices, such as an infected wisdom tooth that showed up on an x ray (I had no idea it was there) or the fact that I'm very right-eye dominant, are entertaining and a little uncanny. But more importantly, this genuine interest in his patients shows that the doctor practices his craft by acting rather than just talking a good game.

A year with a contract required, high expense and mass production North Raleigh chiropractor realized little relief for my Spinal Stenosis condition. Deciding to continue with a Chiropractor a friend recommended Tracy Watson with a cautionary "He's Different". Different with Tracy means honest, up front, in-your- face and spade-is -a- spade performance. As a result I believe Tracy's treatment has been caring, fair cost and beneficial to my condition and delaying the need for possible surgery. Tracy is a true American and strongly supports our military. Together with his wife Tresh, who effectively satisfies the business needs,Cary Chiropractic Clinic is a most professional organization. "Different" here is a good thing!!

My knees, back and neck had been giving me a lot of pain. I had trouble getting out of a chair or even walking up and down stairs.
My diagnosis and xrays showed knees out of joint, and scoliosis from back and neck muscle spasms.
About 4 weeks ago I started seeing Dr. Watson 3 times a week.
Dr. Watson's treatment consisted of Detox for 30 minutes, roller bed, laser and adjustments.
I'd had this pain for many years.
Today I'm virtually pain free, able to walk up and down stairs and ice skate painlessly.
I feel the best I've felt in many many years.
Many thanks to Dr. Watson

I was initially hesitant, dubious, and fearful about chiropractic care. However, my persistent muscle pain insisted that I go. From the first visit, my fears and doubts were allayed. My shoulder and back muscle pain has been reduced and I feel stronger and healthier. I have learned the benefits of good posture and have made needed change in this area. The chiropractic care I have received through Dr. Watson has been positive and beneficial to my overall health.

My father and two separate co-workers referred me to Dr. Watson for treatment of a pinched nerve that was causing severe shoulder pain and numbness down to my fingertips. After taking x-rays, he was confident that he could relieve my pain within 10 weeks or he would refer me to a neurosurgeon. We ended up making an appt. with the neurosurgeon after 9 weeks but before I got in to see her, the nerve was released and the pain subsided. I appreciated that he kept his promise and was always straight-forward and professional. His rates are very affordable and he and Tricia can work you into the schedule at a moments notice. I continue to see him on a regular basis for preventive care because it is worth every penny. And on those rare visits when I actually have some pain, after the adjustment, he'll tell me "If you're not better by tomorrow, come on back free of charge". I've never had to take him up on it.

Short story: I started seeing Dr. Watson about 7 years ago with chronic back and neck pains. I've been pain free for the last 7 years.
Longer story: What I appreciate is that Dr. Watson worked with me to focus on the things that I should be doing to change my posture and approach to dealing with aches and pains such that my actions helped keep problems away. He's a 'tell it like it is' kind of guy and doesn't it the stereotypical Dr. mold. If you don't want to make changes to the way you exercise, how you sit in a chair or take care of yourself, he'll tell you what impact that has on you. A good patient is part of the solution and doesn't rely on the doctor to keep the pain away on his own. I can only go by my experiences but as long as the pain stays away, I'm going to stay on the course I'm on with Dr. Watson.

My pain was severe in the lower back area. It was becoming increasingly harder for me to maneuver around without a great deal of pain. A friend insisted that I go and see Tracy Watson... he was so confident with Doc Watson that I figured what do I have to lose. After a few weeks of treatments, Tracy said that I had responded very well to his coaching. I guess that he was right I followed his instructions and actually enjoyed the treatments. There is more to Dr.Tracy Watson than meets the eye! I'm standing and walking straight with his assistance. He gets a 10 star rating from me. If you're in pain like I was give him an opportunity to help you. You'll be glad you did.

I was referred to Dr. Watson by two other chiropractors in NC several months ago when I moved to Cary. He has an amazing reputation for being one of the best chiropractors for a reason. He takes the time to teach each of his patients how to better understand their own situation and correct it in order to receive the health benefits they need. He always quizzes me on what I need to do in order to maintain good health...better posture, good shoes, exercise, etc. I always feel that he is honestly concerned for my overall health and wellbeing. His wife, Trish, is also very supportive of each patient.

Dr. Watson is professional and has incredibly reasonable rates. Several weeks ago I was experiencing terrible allergies. I was absolutely miserable. I went to see Dr. Watson for a routine visit and when he asked how I was doing I told him about the allergies. He offered to treat me with acupuncture. I was skeptical at first, but I was also ready to try anything to help relieve the allergies. After 10 minutes of treatment, my sinuses had drained and I have been COMPLETELY free from allergy symptoms since then. I have not had to use medication or allergy shots for the past month. Dr. Watson only charged me for the cost of the needles...a ton less than the fee at most places. That is a perfect example of how caring he truly is. I highly recommend Cary Chiropractic for any one who wants to laugh and feel better after a visit!

Did I go to the same chiropractor you all did? Because personally I thought his services to be incredibly unhelpful and a waste of time. He gave me no relief and claimed he was doing all he could do, and had a dumb ass answer for everything! He has the worst personality that I have ever experienced with a doctor. He is very arrogant, pompous, narrow minded, and many other things that are probably not the best words to use on here. I went to this guy based off these reviews on this site, so I had to clarify for any other new comers. He is making a killing off all you every week for just a quick fix. If he was truly fixing you then why is it you have to go to him for 20 years? All he does is release endorphins in your body to temporarily make you feel better. You can release these hormones in many other ways, that do not cost $50 a visit.

I highly recommend Dr. Tracy Watson. I went to him as I had reoccuring back problems for the last 20 years.

He did an initial consult and did x-rays and found that I have a birth defect in my spine that I never I knew I had!!

For a year I have attended sessions and because of his expertise, he has improved the quality of my life. I have not only improved my poster greatly, but I am living pain free now.

His office is very homey, like going to some one's house. His wife Tric runs the front office and they both have a great bedside manner.

GO SEE THEM. You will not regret the decision.

I have been visiting CAry Chiropractic Clinic for almost 20 years. Dr. Watson's professional and honest assessment of my chiropractic care are without question. I trust and respect his opinion knowing that he has my best interest at heart.

Without his care, I know I could not play tennis and compete in both the senior and adult USTA leagues.

The office is a warm and friendly environment that will put you at ease right away. Both Dr. Watson and Trish take the time to listen and understand in order to diagnose the root problem and provide the best care possible. They always schedule appointments just when I need them.

I always recommend Cary Chiropractic Clinic to my friends.

I came to Raleigh to go to school 6 years ago. I came with lingering back injuries from playing sports in high school with no one to turn to. I continued to make the 2 hour trip back home to seek back treatment. I finally gave up and just lived with the pain.

I graduated and began teaching school. With the new hours of standing on my feet all day and bending down with the little ones, eventually the pain became unbearable. Through a wonderful colleague and friend, I found out about Dr. Watson. He worked me in the same day!

Not only was I impressed with the professionalism and results, I was also impressed with his dedication to taking the time to teach me life lessons on making choices to make myself better with his help. He has worked wonders on my back and on my TMJ...who ever knew that going to a Chiropractor could fix a bad jaw?!

Dr. Watson and Trish Watson have changed my life not only by physically making me feel better, but teaching me what I need to do to prevent pain in the future and take care of myself!

Cary Chiropractic is truly one of the best and most pleasant medical experiences I have ever had.

Doctor Tracy Watson has been my chiropractor since 1994 when I first moved to Cary, NC. For several years before I went to him, I struggled with severe back pain. Dr. Watson's care has changed my life. I now play golf regularly without back pain.

Cary Chiropractic has a very well organized office. Trish Watson is the Office Manager. She runs a clean, efficient, friendly office and she gets me an appointment should I need help. It also helps that Mrs. Watson is very well informed of the various treatments being used by Dr. Watson.

Dr Watson keeps current with the latest technology. He recently visited China to update his already impressive knowledge with the use of accupuncture. The equipment in the office is constantly being updated. In the past year, I have been treated with two new machines.

I strongly recommend Cary Chiropractic for anyone in need of chiropractic care.

By 2004, my back pain had gone from bad to truly debilitating. I was afraid to reach for anything or bend over to pick up something I'd dropped, for fear I'd feel a "snap" and be unable to move for the next two weeks. Six months of intensive physical therapy had done no good. An orthopaedic surgeon wanted to do surgery on me. And in addition to the back problem, I had torn both rotator cuffs and was truly miserable with pain. My husband finally convinced me to see his chiropractor. After an evaluation and one treatment, the back pain started to subside. Within two weeks, it was gone - and hasn't returned. Besides treating me for the back situation, Dr. Watson referred me to a really good shoulder man who took care of that problem for me. In addition to getting me out of constant pain, Dr. Watson quite literally changed my life. He encouraged me to make some real lifestyle changes - getting into a good diet and exercise regimen and quitting a two-pack a day smoking habit. Dr. Watson is a straightforward, flat-out, no nonsense guy, at least six degrees past cool, who truly cares about his patients.

Dr. Watson takes the time to understand how you use your body and evaluate the damage you might be causing. Repetitive motion, seating posture, and yard work tools were some of the causes of my alignment problems. In the process of correcting alignment, Dr. Watson helped me find the causes of pain and discomfort then work to modify behaviors and eliminate the causes.

After 4 months I was 70% better. After 1 year I was 90% better. Today, 3 years later, I can do anything (swim, yard work, walk for miles, sit for hours in class, etc.). Dr. Watson is a straight forward person. If you are the cause of your problems, he will tell you and then help you take ownership to fix the problem.

One last comment, Dr. Watson is a lifelong learner. He takes his profession and your trust very seriously. His learning efforts keep him at the top of the field. Enjoy the journey.

I interviewed several chiropractic clinics when I first decided to seek care for myself and my family. I wanted long term back care and protection for my husband, who is in dentistry, and my three children, who compete in karate. Dr. Watson has been our chiropractor for 14 years and he has been with us when a shoulder is kicked out of place, when a knee is injured and no one can touch it but Dr. Watson, and when my back went out at Christmas and I could not move. That was a turning point for me and I was very worried about having permanent damage. Today I have great range of motion, no pain, and better back health than at any time in my life. Dr. Watson is the Man!

Since starting care with Dr. Watson about 2 years ago, I have noticed considerable improvement in my physical health. He has also encouraged me to make "lifestyle" changes (diet, posture, the way I walk, the way I sit, the way I stand, etc.) that have contributed to my improved well-being. Dr. Watson cares enough about his patients to challenge them to improve themselves. He is not only a skilled doctor, but he is also a trusted advisor and friend.
How many others can say that about their chiropractors ?

I had visited on occasion my local chiropractor while at home prior to coming to NCSU in Raleigh. Due to the change, I quit going regularly. I began having migraine headaches on a regular basis and was referred to Dr. Watson by my "home" chiropractor in 1996. Since then the frequency of my migraines have decreased tremendously. My back and overall health seem to have improved as well. Many doctors use what they learned in school or get in a "rut" with their treatment practices. Dr. Watson is constantly looking into new, better, and more efficient chiropractic treatment. I have recommended Dr. Watson to multiple friends who have found him to also help them with their various chiropractic needs. Dr. Watson not only cares about your chiropractic health but also your general well being!!

I walk today because of Dr Watson! In 1980 I was in a horrible car accident little did I know just how damaged my back was. I lived years in pain it got so bad that I could not get out of bed and stand up straight. in 1999 Friends recommended Cary Chiropractic and Dr Watson. I went and was evaluated and given straight answers. The fix wasn't going to be easy but if I did my part he would do his. I walk straight without pain today. I have learned the necessity of good posture and balance, I have learned the importance of exercise and I have gained incredible friends in Trish and Tracy!

I've been a patient of Tracy Watson's for going on twenty years now. I absolutely believe in chiropractic care, but on a personal note...I think Tracy's care is second to none. In the past I have had the occasion to be treated by three different chiropractors...all of whom did a good job. Tracy's practice is different. He truly cares about your concerns, and will bust his hump to try to help you. Another truly admirable quality about Tracy is that he does not push you about routine or maintenance chiropractic care. His saying "you know your body better than anybody else does...come see me when you need to" really does give me a good feeling about his professionalism. I would recommend Tracy to anyone who has an injury and to everyone who wants their quality of life to simply improve.

As with most people I did not go to see Doc Watson until I had an injury, that was almost 8 years ago. If I knew then what I know now I would have gone years before. Not only does Doc treat his patients he educates them on proper posture, the correct way to walk and sit as well as giving sound advice for everyday healthy living. If you want a straight shooter who tells you like it is (because he truly cares about you) go see the Doc. If you want someone to tell you what YOU want to hear, go see someone else.

As active as I am (triathlete and softball player) I could not live without the Doc. But as the Doc tells me every time I leave, "come see me when you need me, you are the only one who knows how you feel". One of the great things about Doc is that he treats the symptom and the person AND the methods he uses today are not the same he used 8 years ago- he is always learning and sharing these techniques with us.

By the way, Tricia is pretty cool too!

My husband and I first went to Dr. Watson after being in an automobile accident in the 1984. I have continued seeing him since that time. He has kept me walking and without back surgery (which has been close a few times). I have recommended him to many people and continue to do so. He is very professional and continues to seek better ways of treating his patients through additional training and purchasing new equipment. He's witty and will put you at ease. You cannot leave his office without a smile on your face, even if you're in pain! My highest recommendation!

One of the best decisions I've ever made was to pick Dr. Tracy Watson to handle my health needs. You can trust him to find the problem and fix it. I was in a bad car accident and was really hurting, he knew more about helping me get well than anyone else I saw. Without Dr. Watson's care I don't think I would ever have gotten better. If you need help go see him. It will be the right decision. SC
