Back when my husband and I were NCSU students dating we loved this place and ate here at least once/week. This went on for years until they stopped giving you a whole ""free sandwich"" for your stamped card and instead gave you $6 then changed the menu so nothing except lunch specials was under that amount (of course you couldn't redeem your card on those specials). We grumbled but we still came to eat there. Then out of no where they started making you pay for fry refills. That would not be a problem except over half the time you go...you get the nasty cold and soggy fries that you want to exchange for fresh crispy ones. \r\n\r\nNot knowing that they changed that, I went to get more fries because mine were crappy with my lunch special....and lo and behold the manager told me they did away with that special and I'd have to pay for the refill to replace the nasty fries they gave me. This was 2008 or 2007, we did not return and moved out of the area. A few months ago we moved back and even closer to Remington's than we were at NCSU. After several months at eating at all the OTHER eateries around Remington we decided to give them another try---WRONG. We weren't miffed when my usual sandwich was no longer on the menu as they could make it for $1.00 off the base price. I didn't bat an eye over paying fifty cents for THREE mini slices of jalapenos. I had good quality chicken on my sandwich and adding some banana peppers it was tasty (of course I had crappy fries though, cold and soggy). My husband got a steak sandwich which name escapes me but might start with an ""s."" Fatty and absolutely disgusting...I would not even feed that to the dog much less purchase that for human consumption. After cutting those parts out most of his meat ended up on the ""trash"" plate so he ended up with bad fries and a very sorry sandwich. That's the last money of ours that goes to Remington's, we'll be frequenting Bear Rock, Salsaritas, the new noodle place, Dickies or Chickfila if we eat in that area again.

Pros: Chicken

Cons: Everything else

The Jessie James BBQ chicken sandwich is one of my favorite menu item. The fries are always good. The last time, my son was with our lunch-time work crowd. He got the BBQ rib meal. He got two meals out of it. And he enjoyed it both times.

I have been searching for a great turkey burger since I moved to NC from NYC. Nothing compares to a NYC diner, until now! They have great turkey burgers here, great fries, and hubby likes the hamburgers, too. A nice 'fast food' kind of place with higher quality foods. Thumbs up!

Althought this one in Cary, it's my favorite one, because I shop in Cary alot. I have tried almost everything on the menu and everything is excellent, except the Barbeque sauce.

My first experience with Remington Grill was in this specific location! It's located in the middle of Crossroads Plaza. The atmosphere is really nice with a Western theme. Because I am hooked on their burgers, I can only tell you that if the rest of the food is as good as the burgers, you can't go wrong. The burgers are cooked fresh to order and they are so big! Then they have the bar where you can fix it up however you want it, with fresh veggies and condiments. It is a little pricey, but not too bad when you realize you are gonna leave with a full belly! Do not go to a fast food burger joint when this place is close by! Remington Grill serves food that tastes like you just cooked it at home on the grill! Yep! It's that good!
