I purchased a 2005 suzuki forenza from Murray Motors, on Market street in wilmington on 7/2/2009. I purchased the after market warantee for the vehicle to be safe, as well as asking all the important questions like is there anything wrong with the car? Does anything need repair? Etc. I drove the car home, pulled into my driveway and went inside for a few hours before coming out to do some grocery shopping. I put the car into reverse and to my horror it moved forward. I called Murray motors back and told them what was wrong. I was instructed to meet Mr. Murrays son at 10am the following morning and they would have their mechanic fix the car. I drove the car home, and then to the beach on the 4th, at the beach once again no reverse, but this time I had no 1st, 2nd, or 5th gears. So I called Mr. Murray, I was told to take the car to Greenfield Transmissions and have them fix it on tuesday the 7th. I did just that and dropped it off. When I called to check on the car at about 2:30pm I was told it was a transmission problem that should be covered under the warrantee. So I called the warantee company, my claim was denied, they told me since the car had less than 86 miles on it they will not cover it, luckily through the grace of god the factory warantee is still valid. Which brings me to my present situation, the car is at the suzuki dealership, in Jacksonville and needs a new clutch. The cost to repair is $935 and some change. I have spoken with Mr. Murray about what to do and he is not willing to help. This has already cost me the initial price of the car, plus the time, gas and money to have three different mechanics look at it, to tell me its a pre-existing condition. I was told by Mr.Murray that he will not help me at all. All I need from him is to cover half the cost, or to return my trade in vehicle that I only got $300 for. THIS MAN IS AN EVIL MAN, DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!!!!!!!!

I have not had my car a month and already I had 3 repairs.
Mr. Murray told me he was going to wash the car for me yet negleted to clean the interior which was covered with dog hair.
There was 1/2 a tank of gas in the car-when i needed to refule it, there was a lock on the gas cap and i was not given the key when sold to me.
I was stuck with no key and no way to refule my tank.

When I called about the gas cap key Mr. Murray told me that I was $100.00 short from when i payed him the day before even though it was counted at the site.
There was an aftermarket alarm on the car. I did not know that that would have led to the steeering column locking and I had to repair that for $472.00 just so I could start my car.

I am 8 months pregnant and needed a car to go to my Dr appointments as well as a safe reliable car to bring the baby home in.
Yesterday the transmission quit on me. The car does not even go in reverse.
I spent all of my savings on this car-i do not even have items needed for the baby to come home because a car is a first priority.
Mr Murray told me there is nothing he can do and I should have bought a warranty.
I was not offered a warranty-it prob doesnt cover transmissions-and he knew i was spending all I had, which is probably why the warranty wasnt offered.

When confronted with this, Mr Murray said there is nothing he can/will do. It will cost me over $2,000 to get this car fixed.

He is not a good Christian like I assumed. WHat good person would do this to a woman with child?
