Appear to lie or deceive to increase billing and deny warranty. Poor service repair -[ left bolts off one item and did not reset another after $700 labor bill; charge 25% premium than Chrysler.com prices.

Service department is aweful! Twice now they have tried to get us to make repairs the cost $1000's that we later leaned are not needed. They truly are trying to rip people off and its criminal. I will be sending in a complaint!!!!

I purchased my first Jeep back in 2007 and was ready for something new. After talking with several salesmen, I found the right guy Daniel Edwards, or as he may be better known as the Bow tie guy. Daniel was friendly and very knowledgeable. Autopark Chrysler Jeep is very lucky to have someone like him, plus their vehicles aren't bad either.

After previous test drives in the past with amazing car saleslady Silvana. I returned back after many years because of her sweet nature and passion for putting you in a Jeep that's right for you. Silvana is also great with helping you learn about the car. She's excellent making you feel very comfortable and you can ask her anything! I'm so excited about the President's Day sale they had going at the time that put me right into a brand New Jeep Liberty! Way to go Silvana and thanks for all your help!

Even though when I first arrived to Autopark Chrysler everyone was so nice and polite, Mike Wing, my salesman was the reason for my attitiude and new found respect for the car buying experience. In the past buying a car for me was such a chore and headache. For one, I never got what I wanted, due to car performance issues that left me stranded and desperately needing transportation. Then there was the credit issues, that was a result of my divorce, that limited me on what I could buy. When Mike called me with his plans of putting me in a new car I was at first skeptical, but due to his sympathetic responses to my past situations and doing the foot-work to make sure that there were no false hope or promises made, I was then put at ease and able to break down the walls I had up. When I came to the dealership he had already done the research to present me with my choices and there was not a moment wasted to getting me into that new car that day. I was very pleased by his work ethic and happy that Mike was the one that got me into my first brand new car. Because Mike answered all of my economical needs as well as my wants in a car when I drive my new car I feel good ALL AROUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I drove to Cary from Durham to purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty Sport in September and I am enjoying it to the fullest. My salesman was Bruce Miles....GO Bruce!!!!!!!! Bruce is an amazing salesman that knows his stuff! He is friendly and very knowledgable of the vehicles he sales. He was courteous, entertaining ,funny and provided me with EXCELLENT service. Bruce called me up on the phone and told me he could work a good deal for me to upgrade from my 2008 Jeep Compass and he did just that. This is my second car I purchased from Auto Park ChryslerJeep and I've had a great experience and Wonderful, Professional service botht times. I was not there for more than 3

I just purchased a car from Will Sutton at Leith Autopark Chrysler Jeep, and I can??t say enough great things about my experience! I have never purchased a used car before, but I found exactly what I was looking through an advertisement in AutoTrader online. I wanted a used, pale yellow, Beetle, and Leith Autopark had one available. I called and spoke to Will. He was helpful from the start, and within less than a week, I was driving in the car of my dreams. All of the staff at Leith Autopark were amazing. It is a great place to go if you ever want to purchase a car!!!

I had the pleasure of working with Will Sutton in my recent lease of a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and had a great experience. Mr. Sutton is not only kind, knowledgeable, and helpful, but has none of the "pushiness" that has come to be expected of car salesmen. He didn't try to "steer" me into anything and showed me exactly what I wanted to see when I wanted to see it. When it came down to making a deal, the price agreed upon was reasonable and fair. He also did everything he could to make things as comfortable and convenient as possible, even going so far as to finish the transaction off site at our home. His follow-through is also top notch. He concluded our deal by walking me through my car's systems and then giving me a tour of the parts and service area. He also introduced me to my assigned service representative. He even waited with me while I bought, and subsequently helped me install, a cargo mat for the rear of my vehicle, all of his own volition. All-in-all, it was a very pleasant and stress-free transaction (a true rarity of car-dealerships these days) and I would highly recommend working with him.

After working with Westgate Chrysler and getting no resolution to a repeated service issue, I contacted Chrysler directly who suggested I switch to Leith. I brought my car in to fix an ongoing problem with the tire pressure sensors. They were initially very confident and assured me my bad experience with Westgate would not be repeated.

This, however, was before I had to bring the car back about six times for the same problem after which they too gave up as being unable to fix the problem. Furthermore, I was told very directly by the service manager, they would not 'invest' any more time in my car (as they seemed to indicate they thought it was a lemon). It was equally unfortunate that the service manager himself would not tell me directly but had one of his staff call.

I went by yesterday looking at new Chrysler Aspens, only to learn they have been discontinued and APC-J only has one (a hybrid) on the lot. (We want to use the cash for clunkers program on an old Suburban we keep at the beach, so the MSRP must be less than $45k) During this trip the salesmen and manager were very nice and helpful, and I promised to return again to decide if I want the vehicle.

so i got a coupon for an oil change from this dealeship $10 for oil change. DING DING WARNING...nothing is ever, ever pure when it comes to dealerships. against my gut feeling, i went anyway. so i got there and lo and behold, they already have something ELSE planned for me. $500 maintenance package bec of my mileage etc etc. NO, just do my oil change. OK BUT beware blah blah blah. NO just do my oil change. okay, i go back to the waiting area thinking, now what will they come up with next? DING i'm called back to the counter, what is it now??? uhm, your gasket is leaking and your transmission is leaking, another $300 ...UH, THERE WAS NOT ANYTHING WRONG WITH MY CAR when i drove up here! i just needed an oil change. well, there are leaks now. blah blah. NO, just my oil change. by this time i am really getting anxiously worried. i will not put it past these people to screw around with my car so i will have something fixed! i tell you. NEVER go here...they will not let you go without spending hundreds of dollars. so i go back and wait. and wait. i saw my car already outside. nobody came to get me. i went to the counter. my car's already parked. yeah, we're still doing the paperwork. ok. not good. then THEY STILL FOUND something wrong. my brake lights are out. $40. NO NO NO NO NO -- i want to get the heck out of here. JUST GIVE ME MY FREAKING KEYS!!!! uh, ok. $18 well, i thought it was $9.99 oil change. UH, you have 6 quarts blah blah blah.

Service department does not have current information regarding repairs. They also held my Jeep for one week without repair. When I called to check status they said they had ordered parts but they were all current on the vehicle. They stated that the vehicle leaked from all angles and that was a normal condition.

It took one week for them to read a part number off the door and check with the computer. One week. The parts were also not current and not matching from one side to the other on the vehicle. They either don't know how to read a part number, they lied, or they don't know what they are doing.

Service department does not have current information regarding repairs. They also held my Jeep for one week without repair. When I called to check status they said they had ordered parts but they were all current on the vehicle. They stated that the vehicle leaked from all angles and that was a normal condition.

It took one week for them to read a part number off the door and check with the computer. One week. The parts were also not current and not matching from one side to the other on the vehicle. They either don't know how to read a part number, they lied, or they don't know what they are doing.

I agree with the other reviews. I have had a terrible time with the service department. I bought a used car from leith, along with a dealership warranty. I asked before I bought the warranty if they could work on my car there and they replied yes. Within the first week of having my new car, I encountered a problem with the coolant reserve. I called the dealership and told them what was up, and the service department said they couldn't work on my car there! Why in the world did I buy a warranty there if they couldn't honor it in the first place! I have now found out my car was in a wreck before I purchased it. I checked the carfax before buying the vehicle and found no record of a wreck. I also asked the salesman before buying the vehicle if it had been in an accident. He assured me, that it had not been in a wreck. I have since spoken to Leith and they have admitted that it was in a wreck before I purchased the car!! This is terrible customer service! I feel like I got the run around with the warranty and their honesty! I will never, ever buy from Leith again.

I bought my jeep a couple of years ago from this dealership and have always taken it there for service. Yesterday my husband took my jeep in for an oil change and "27" point inspection. They tried to pitch him everything from we need new tires to flushing out the transmission. Later that day we were driving and we noticed a whinning sound every time we accelerated or turned the wheel. When we got home we checked the power steering fluid and it was so low it didn't register on the dip-stick! So I took it to the service department and asked what exactly a "27" point inspection included...and yes it does include checking and topping off all fluids. They apologized and 45 minutes later I had my jeep back after their "oversite". My husband checked the rest of the fluids when I got home...you guessed it they were also not topped off. We will NEVER got back!

I took my car into the Leith Chrysler Jeep service department in Cary on Thursday and picked it up on Friday. By Saturday morning, the entire electrical system in my car had gone out and my car was unsafe to drive. Then they told me that it was going to be a week before they could get to it and that it was my responsibility to find my own transportation. We FINALLY negotiated that they would give me a loaner vehicle, but they told me that they never want me to come back to their dealership. I am extremely upset because we were looking at buying my 4th Jeep and now there is no way that I would ever buy a Jeep and deal with this service dept. Beware!

He took the time to show me several vehicles that met my criteria and we agreed to a price and the value of my trade-in. Shortly later, I was driving off in my new vehicle.
