These morons managed to destroy the insides of a brand new quilt making it lumpy and unusable. They refuse to do anything about it. Don't make the same mistake we did and trust them with anything of any value to you.

I have been using this cleaners for two years. I always have my shirts cleaned there. Recently, I took a shirt and when I picked it up the shirt had a large hole on the back. I have never worn this shirt and still have my receipt. I asked to speak to the owner who is quite mysteriously never there. I left my business card as well as my personal cell phone and checked with the staff every day for 5 days, and no answer. Finally, I threatened to call the police and the staff finally managed to get "lucky" and reach the owner who offered no apology for my ruined shirt and kindly offered $20 for my brand new $100 shirt which I have yet to and never will wear.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! My family has been going to Falls River Cleaners for 12 years and have been very loyal customers until now. The cleaners ruined my favorite dress and there is now a large hole and burn marks in the dress. After saying they would "treat" the dress it came back with two noticeable holes and there was a still burn. After several visits and calls to try and speak with the owner, I have still yet to speak with the owner. They are offering to do absolutely nothing, and blatantly lied saying the dress was "caught in the door jam" of my car and that is where the hole came from. I certainly did not appreciate being lied to my face. The service has been horrendous and I will never ever return to the dry cleaners. DO NOT GO TO FALLS RIVER CLEANERS!! ABSOLUTE WORST DRY CLEANERS IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My Mother saw a now hiring sign on the door and went inside to ask if it was full time or part time and the woman behind the counter informed my mother that they were only taking applications from Hispanic women. Apparently the owner said that they work harder and are more likely to stick around than anyone else. Well later in the day I decided to go in and ask for an application and the same woman only looked at me and said, "uh, we dont have any". She probably decided this was a better response since my mother informed her that their hiring practice is highly illegal!!!

NEVER USE THEM THEY RUIN YOUR CLOTHS AND TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEM!!! I just got back from Falls River Cleaners. I had a blanket for them to clean. I asked for a price. They refused to give it to me. I just stood there. I mean, isn't this what they DO? I had been using Fall River Cleaners for quite some time because it was one of the cheapest and most convenient places for me to go. With that being said, I finally reached the point where I am willing to go out of my way to get better service. Forget the fact that they ruined one shirt and tore off numerous buttons and the fabric that they were attached to. Forget the fact that their employees dress like they??ve just come back from a college keg party. And forget the fact that NOTHING is computerized. You have to wait forever and a day for them to manually scroll through their open tickets to find your order.

My breaking point happened over a two visit period. As I pulled into the drive-through on a cold morning, I rolled down my window and patiently waited to be helped. The attendant obviously did not want get cold so she cracked open the door and started yelling questions at me: NAME? PHONE NUMBER? YOU WANT STARCH? In response, I had to yell back. Look, I understand it is cold out, but can you not at least walk to my car? After picking up my clothes that same night, I noticed what looked like burn spot on the collar one of my shirts. It had clearly not been there prior to it being cleaned, so I took it back to Falls River Cleaners the next morning to get some answers. There she was. It was the screamer again. She was ready to start yelling at me again when I pulled out the shirt. I pointed out the stain/mark to her and her reaction was, ??What did YOU get on it?? I said, ??I didn??t get anything on it? It happened here.? ??No it didn??t!? she said. ??That??s probably not going to come out and there is NO way we could have done that!? Excuse me. You just ruined my shirt and you??re catching an attitude with me? It was at this point that I refused to argue with her anymore. I told her I??d be talking to her manager/owner later that evening and if my shirt wasn??t fixed or paid for I would not be coming back. Her final words: "The owner is NEVER going to pay for that!"

Fortunately, they were able to fix my shirt, however it wasn??t the shirt that upset me. We all make mistakes, especially dry cleaners, but I refuse to be talked to in a belligerent manner by someone whose salary I??m helping to pay. Falls River Cleaners, I will not be going back. I have taken my business elsewhere.

I decided to try a new dry cleaner since they were closer to my house. So I thought the drive through was cool - give them a shot.I turned in alot of clothes at one time. The counter girl was very put out that I wanted a count of how many items (shirts, pants, etc..) I had given her so that we matched when I picked up. No worries - pick up clothes after 6pm Monday.On Monday at 6:15 - go to pick up clothes - only 1/2 are ready - bad news since I need some for my flight the next AM. Okay - will pick up on Saturday when I return.Went to pick up today - asked for discount since they were not ready (they gave me 2 dollars off a 56 dollar order...this was after in was interpreted to Spanish since no one knew what I was asking for...) I got the clothes home and noticed that 6 of my shirts are missing. I called - had to be put on hold again for the person that speaks broken English..."they are going to call me back IF they find my shirts". They took the tags on my shirts so at this point - it is me against them if I will ever see my 6 shirts again..PS - Pants were Fantastic - All Shirts were not done well.Still waiting for the call 30 minutes later.Will NEVER return - go somewhere else.

I love going to this place to get my clothes dry cleaned. Every time I go my clothes are waiting for me. The people always follow my instructions. I have never been disappointed. I love having a drive thru so I don't have to get my kids out of the car. This place is great and I would highly recommend it.

Falls River Cleaners is a very good professional cleaners. They are more expensive than some dry cleaners but do have exceptional service and a very nice drive-through. The staff is always friendly when you drop off. The clothes are ready the next day and they have never lost my items.
