This firm worked on the plumbing for new fixtures in our bath, and we were very happy with the work, and the professional manner it was performed. Unusual in our experience, he actually came when he said he would!

Mr. Kidd was very helpful and professional in both providing and estimate and doing the replacement installation of our master bath room tub. Prompt and courteous.

I was very impressed with the many employees I worked with from Kidd. I talked with Mr. Kidd a couple of times by phone, and he obviously has a "the-customer-is-always-right" philosophy. He is respectful and friendly. Every technician who came to our home during a major renovation project was knowledgeable, efficient, and polite.
