Best Buy

Using best buy gift cards to buy a Magnolia-room subwoofer, I was told it would be shipped from a local store and arrive in 2-3 business days. It is now almost a month since I made the purchase and I am still being told it will arrive in 2-3 business days. There has been a long series of mis-orders, wrong products being shipped, etc. If I wasn't using gift cards, I would ave long ago have continued with a better organized and more responsive vendor. The store has offered no explanations or compensations and I doubt I will ever consider buying audio equipment here again.

Best Buy has a great selection of electronics for great prices! They almost always have great deals! Also sells:small selection of books, furniture (desk, entertainment centers), movies (DVD's), Music (CD's)

I have purchased several items from this partiular Best Buy. It's the closet one near. They always have reasonable prices, the staff is very helpful & polite.

This is a BIG place, its was good to see a lot to pick from, but seem some of the peopl who work there arent very friendly and will to help you out seem allways to be in hurry and take a while to get back with you when you need something answered, also seem to be a LOT of teens there (that Work there) but over all was good

Best Buy is a nice store that sells a variety of electronic equipment and merchandise. You can find tvs, dvds, stereo equipment, games, cds, vcrs, dvd/vcr combos, and much more. The people are usually helpful at this store and know a lot about the product that you are asking about. The prices are a little high though but you might be able to find something from time to time.

Best Buy offers an incredible selection of products of varying types. Whether it be computer supplies, home appliances, music or dvds, Best Buy offers a wonderful array. If you seek out the customre service you need, you will not be disappointed.

Best Buy is ok. They have great promotions yet are overrun at times with customers. There is not great parking. It seems there are more customers than employees can handle. We waited and waited for someone to help us. Then when they finally did help us, they didn't know what we were talking about, had to go get another employee.

Best Buy is the "electronic superstore." The the technical version of Walmart. It's huge and contains a massive selection of electronics, including refrigerators, washers and dryers, vacuums, televisions, stereos, camcorders, audio equipment, CD's, DVD's...you name it. If it's a large ticket electrical (or audio visual) product, then Best Buy probably sells it. Very competitive prices. Customer service could be improved. Definitely recommended.

I have been a devoted best buy customer for years, until I visited this best buy. I had previously shopped at Best Buy to get vaaluable information about the products i wanted to purchase while purchasing them at competetitive prices. This Best Buy is filled with employees who seem o just want to push crappy un-nessisary extras at you without actually knowing anything about the product themselves.

If you know what your going for, the parking situation is pretty good and this Best Buy is pretty easy to get in an out of. Located right beside 540 you can get there from anywhere in the city, and be on your way in no time.
