Travelling to Chapel Hill for the first time, my son and I felt so very welcomed by our accommodations at the Inn Town Chapel Hill. It was our home away from home!!! After a lengthy car ride, we settled in immediately to our OWN bedrooms

We can't believe we found this place. As their web site states, they cost less than nearby motels and we got a whole condo instead of a motel room. Our daughter goes to UNC, and it was nice to be able to walk to her dorm. The owner was

We stayed here this past summer when my daughter moved into campus and again last week for the holidays and found it to be a great low cost option for the chapel hill area. If you need a pool and room service, this is not the place, but

This is a great place in terms of convenience, comfort and cost We went to Chapel Hill for a "destination" wedding held at the Carolina Inn. Not only was Chapel Hill Inntown the most convenient place to stay (other than the Carolina Inn

If you happen to stumble upon this as a possible solution for a stay in Chapel Hill please do yourself a favor and make other plans. You'd be better off staying at a shelter. I personally made the mistake of booking a "furnished condo" for two nights and upon arrival I realized why making the accomodations and check in procedure were so shady- it's a trap. Once you've made reservations there is almost no way to recoup your money once you arrive and realize how in shambles the place is. I've never seen a stricter reservation policy. Perhaps this was my fault for assuming that the description and pictures were an accurate protrayal of what we should expect but upon arrival we confirmed we had been duped. My wife refused to touch anything and would not even sit on the bed or any of the furniture. We basically wasted two nights stay and ended up staying at a newer hotel closer to campus for $10 more a night and the accomodations were infinitely better (incomparable) to what we witnessed when we arrived at "The Inn Town." Please don't make the same mistake we did. I'll be reporting this place to the BBB.

This two-story apartment house is within walking distance of the University of North Carolina. While it does rent rooms by the night, it prefers weekly tenants. The parking lot can accommodate RVs. The property does not have a restaurant,…
