This is the best place for Chinese buffet. They have a pretty big menu and the food is good. Hygiene is a little concern though here as it is not that well maintained.

This USED to be my favorite chinese buffet to go to, but the food has gone downhill and the selection at the buffet isn't the best. I do like that they usually have at least a couple of tofu dishes, though.

I went the other day for lunch and it was decently priced for all you can eat. A lot of chinese restaurants charge you by the pound. The staff was nice too.

We were excited to try this restaurant out because friends had recommended it, but we were sorely disappointed. The food was served on a buffet and was lukewarm at best. The booth we were at was broken and the carpet was filthy. The boiled shrimp next to the jello was a real turn off for me and the food was nothing to get excited about.
PROS:
CONS: Dirty, poor quality.

it claims to be a chinese restuarant and most of the waitors inside are chinese, but the foods really are far far away from typical chinese foods! plus very expensive

Sunday lunch. Very large buffet selection including sushi. Everything looked fresh and tasted great. Price was surprisingly good at $8 each plus drink. Will definately be going back.

One word: blech. There are so many better choices in Raleigh, I can't imagine going here unless desperate.

As a transplant from New York (one of many I'm sure), it's impossible to find really good Chinese food in the area. What you find at Ten Ten is consistantly decent dishes prepared for a wide audience. I've found the variety to be vast, the service to be excellent and the value to be outstanding.
If you go to a buffet expecting gormet cusine, then you go to be disapointed. I belive that Ten Ten great for what it is, and it does not try to be any more.
I've been to the resturant more than 2 dozen times and it never fails to deliver a positive experience.
Pros: Always consistantly good
Cons: It's a buffet

I live close to this restaurant, beacause of this is convenient for me to eat there, but now I do not think so! I will say why. If you could have another option to eat do not visit this restaurant. The receptionist receive you with a "welcom!" false smile, but do not is sincere! She will do not respect your options to seat, ever if the place that you want to seat is empty. What is more probable is that will obligate to seat where was convenient for her. About obligate this is a interesting word in this restaurant, because they will use in you a lot of time for you, specially the attendant. Be aware to pay in the desk, beacause the attendant will "obligate" to pay for her, and also will obligate to pay the tips, ever if do not came in your table to put Cook in your glass.
About food: To much spicy no good smell and appearence.

Pros: Is Hide!
Cons: Everething you could imagine and never have feelin

Me and my family love Ten Ten. I honestly believe it has the best Chinese food in the Triangle and for the price, you can't beat it.
They've recently introduced shrimp dumplings (like dim sum) and that is what we reach for first. Mix a little soy sauce, some hot chili and some lemon and man, what a meal. The shrimp dumplings may only be served Friday-Sunday, but I'm not certain.
If you're in the area, definitely check it out.

Although I'm not sure about other peoples experiences, I have always had a great experience. Even on the busiest nights, I have never had to wait for a table. The selection of the buffet is both extensive and very high quality. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the interior is nice enough to have less casual dates or business meetings in. The restrooms, buffet area, and seatnig area are clean. Sometimes the drinks are a little slow to be refilled, but i generally ask for a pitcher of water. It's not quite as good a value as it used to be; dinner will run you about $10/ person, but lunch somewhat less, but compared to the many other Chinese buffets in raleigh, this is among the best.
Pros: Great Food/ Selection, Good atmosphere, No wait
Cons: slow drink refills

My family and I have never had a bad experience here! Best chinese food in town, your glass is never empty, seated at table as we walk in, and there are too many other things about this place that I love.
Bring your kids, family, date, or other here for great lunch or dinner.
My family's favorite chinese buffet/restaurant!
Our cousins from California love it too!
Pros: service, food, setting
Cons: none, zip, .....................

Despite a few bad reviews, this place is quite a treat. A nice, clean, low-lit ambience with plentiful seating makes for a surprisingly impressive interior. The food is definitely quality; a never-ending selection of Chinese food and even some non-Chinese dishes. The service deserved no complaint... a definite recommendation for anyone seeking a nice Chinese buffet.
Pros: Endless choices, Nice ambience
Cons: Iffy pricing

We ate at Ten Ten on a Thursday night because we had read its ad said "Simply show your VIC card to get the second adult 50% off". On checking out, I showed my VIC card but the cashier insisted I had to show her the evidence of their ad! "We don't do that. Bring your coupon." She said. I tried to see manager. But she said the manager was out of town. Eventually, I had to go home to find out the ad slip in order to get discount. I was very upset. How can one run business without credibilty like that?

I am not sure where the other bad reviews came from. Maybe they just hit a bad day or they were unfriendly themselves invoking the staff to return their attitude. Just coming back from eating there we had quite an enjoyable time. The staff was friendly and the place was CLEAN. The food was good, hot and never seemed in dirty containers pulled out of the fridge from the night before. Our glasses never got under more than half full a few minutes at a time before someone filled them. The only thing I would not recommend would be the sushi. Sushi is not a reason to go to a buffet style restaurant. Kids friendly and a decent price. Monday thru Thursdays I noticed that students with an ID could get a discount. Overall it was fun, friendly, quick, good, clean and an enjoyable time. Yes, I'd go again.
Pros: Clean, Good, Reasonable
Cons: Sushi bad, Limited parking

One of our group member had to leave early, and couldn't get the ticket that the server had gone to prepare. So she went to the counter and paid her part. When we arrived at the counter later, the cashier said that our friend hadn't paid. She was accusing us of dishonesty. So, we called our friend who had come back from a party and explain. The cashier didn't remember seeing her, even though my friend knew the exact amount of her bill and had paid cash. We stood around for 30 min. trying to get this resolved. Its the worst customer service I have seen. The staff was so rude. They need to learn some customer service skills. I have worked in retail and however right you may be, you never ever suggest that the customer is wrong. The server THREW our fortune cookies across the table.
