Ferdi called ahead to tell me he would arrive in 30 minutes and did so about 40 minutes into the 12 - 2 window I was given. He was professional and courteous.
Ferdi assured me the ink and pet stains would be removed and they are gone. I'm totally satisfied with the results and the process and will definitely be a repeat customer. Way better than steam or shampoo. I highly recommend Carpet Dry Clean. Give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

The process is completely dry and safe, and did a good job. I have pets, and it took the fur and dirt out of the furniture nicely. There was a little of the cleaner left that dried (normal and described on the container), but that was not a big deal. Absolutely NO dry time so I was able to use the furniture immediately after the crew left. They were both professional and helpful. I bought the "bucket" of cleaner for spot cleaning between visits, and it was a good deal for $20.

Polo came in and knocked this carpet out! he made it look brand new again, removing all of pet stains and the designs he left in the carpet were out of this world. He took the time to explain the process and in the end I was WOW'd :)

POLO WAS EARLY AND DID A FANTASTIC JOB EXPLAINING THE PROCESS. HE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND I FELT HE REALLY CARED ABOUT MY CARPET WHICH IS 12 YEARS OLD. THE CARPET LOOKS GREAT! I HAVE NEVER MET ANYONE SO EAGER ABOUT CARPET EXCEPT A CARPET SALESMAN!!! GREAT JOB!! I WILL USE AGAIN.

Carlo is awesome! Efficient, friendly, on time! Our carpets are clean, fresh and dry immediately, no waiting for it to dry! No messy hoses dragging through our house after who knows where they have been. I highly recommend them for all your carpet care needs!

Quality work, done by friendly professionals, got stains out of carpet and came on short notice - i called at 1:00pm, they were there by 2:30pm same day. Take advantage of their maintenance plan that offers 10% discount and free bucket of cleaner if you do your carpets more than once a year. With two dogs, we take advantage twice a year!

Carpet Dryclean uses a very unique method of cleaning carpets that is absolutely dry and antibacterial, preventing problems with mold and mildew. And it gets carpets really clean. Their product can even be used on furniture. Because it's dry, there is no need to stay off of the carpet and put your furniture in another room until later. They can move a piece of furniture, clean the carpet underneath it, then move the piece right back.

Elmer and Ramon were so pleasant, polite, and hard-working! I was extremely happy with the work they did on my townhouse. I had rented it out and the renters really stained the carpet up when moving out. All the stains are gone!

Eventhough the cleaner arrived late, he called way ahead of time to let us know. He was very friendly upon arrival and apologized for the delay once again. The carpet looked great after he was done and it was not wet, so we could move our furniture back on it immediately.

I would probably recommend them to anyone who needs carpet cleaning

Ferdi arrived on time for my carpet cleaning and explained the drycleaning process. My carpets had not been cleaned in years, but they were able to get all the stains out. I was really pleased!

Miguel Polo did a FANTASTIC job on my carpets. They got a lot of stains out and did it quickly. I loved that the carpets weren't wet afterwards- thats a pain in the butt to wait 24 hours for carpets to dry. Love these people & would highly recommend them to my friends!

Victor and Neil have cleaned my carpets over 4 times. I have light beige carpet and 4 children. My carpet looks brand new when they are finished. I can't begin to list what they have removed from the carpet......paint, marker, candy, drinks, dirt and much more! They do a fantastic job and I highly recommend them. I have had many other types of carpet cleaning and the stains would re surface....not with this group. The stains are gone for good once they remove it.

Carlo and Froilan did a wonderful job on my carpet! Due to a sick animal, I had several stains that I wasn't sure would come out, but these guys did a great job and my carpet looks brand new! They were on time, speedy and very, very friendly! I will be calling again for my upstairs carpet to be cleaned, and highly recommend!!

I cannot tell you how pleased I was with my recent experience with Carpet Dryclean. I am a repeat customer....I have used this service several times because the actual process of cleaning works and appeals to me (no wet floor, sanitary, etc...) However, my most recent experience left me completely satisfied because the technician, Polo, was one of the most considerate and thorough people I have met in a long time. He obviously takes great pride in his work and wants to leave his customers completely satisfied. I will definitely use this service again because of his professionalism. Thank you Polo!

I was searching for a carpet cleaning company that did NOT us water. I've used other pretty popular companies out there and the stains always came back. I needed it to be safe for my child and pets. Ferdi and Dan were very friendly. They spot treated my carpet as I was concerned about how the chemicals would perform on berber carpet. They were able to remove the stains that I pointed out, and overall the carpets looked very clean. I am very satisfied with the service I received.

Victor and Neil came to my home (on time) and cleaned my carpets as promised. They even got a lipstick stain out of a beige carpet. The smell was a little strong initially but not unpleasant. My carpets still look good even after 6 different kids playing on them.

As a 2x customer, I was very pleased. The appointment process is easy and the office is very accomodating. They were on time (actually early!!) but called as promised so I could meet them. Elmer and Ramon were very professional and did a great job! Fast, professional service w/o the wet carpet!!!! I read earlier where someone thought the owners were writing their own comments - not at all! They simply ask you to fill out the survey and remind you before they leave. Plus there is an incentive (rebate) when you do, so I am sure most people are willing to complete. The rebate, however has no bearing on the type of review given since they don't see your comments....A++ service!!!! I would definitely recommend.

We got our carpets drycleaned by another company about one year ago and the spots appeared again in a days. Not so with this company - and the carpet is nothing fancy, but builder's grade. I would definately have them again. The people who came to my house were professional and considerate.

It's Friday, 11/12, and Miguel Polo of Carpet Dryclean has just left after cleaning our carpet. Miguel really cares about doing a good job and it showed from the moment he stepped into our home. He is cheerful, professional and worked hard to make longtime spots and stains disappear. He also takes care beforehand to show you what he will do with a short education demo. Miguel's work has made our carpet look much better today than another company's cleaning did more than two years ago.

Servicemen were on time, pleasant, explained the cleaning process, made best use of their time and the cost of the job was presented up front. They were most accomodating and well trained in the application, especially Neil.

All in all, a pleasant experience and I am pleased with the results.

This is the 2nd time I remember Miguel Polo cleaning my carpets. Last time he took extra time on a bad stain I had from some candle wax. This year he remembered that I was an artist so we shared some brief mutual encouragement about his art and mine, but he went right to work, did a fantastic job, called because he was going to be just a few minutes late and got the job done quickly and beautifully. I will always call this company when it is time to clean my carpets again. My 10 year old light tan carpets look like they are brand new again.

Good service, good cleaning. Arrived promptly and finished job quickly. Did not move a simple small filing cabinet on wheels, so under that didn't get done. Discovered that after they left--it is very easy to move, so I figured they would do it (I often move it myself). Overall a great job, just be very specific with them ahead of time to agree on what will be moved and what will stay in place. I would recommend them to a friend.

We have been in our house about 2 1/2 years and had some spots that kept resurfacing. We were looking for another company and quite by accident ended up on City Search. I read the reviews and was quite impressed. I called them and liked the idea of "dry" clean and being able to walk on it immediately.

We arranged an appointment for this morning and Ferdi and Dan arrived right on time. They were very professional. They started to work and in no time, our carpets were clean as a whistle. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them.

What a find! with three small kids and a dog it is great to have carpets clean and dry so quick-- the guys did a fragile orienal, a flor carpet tile rug, and a pottery barn rug that other cleaners had refused to do for fear of damaging all three. results were quick and efficient!

Carlo and Roland did a wonderful job on my disgusting carpets.

There were pet stains that regular cleaners were not getting out and I have a 16 month old toddler all over the floor. I needed someone to come out and do a thorough cleaning (and attempt to get up the pet stains).

They did it. The carpet smells better but it isn't that terrible flowery or chemical smell . . . it just smells clean.

Most of the pet stains came up, even ones that I didn't think would come up. There is one that is still there but I know they did everything they could to get it up and they left me clear instructions on how to continue working the stain out of the carpet.

I am EXTREMELY happy with their customer service. They were courteous and quiet.

I definitely recommend Carpet DryClean.

Our carpet in the den was 8 years old and had never been cleaned. Elmer tested a stained area before he started and most of it came right out. He was very professional and did an excellent job of cleaning up after the job was done. We were pleased with the work.
