I was looking for a new hair salon to go to in Raleigh. I decided to try this Classy Cuts place again. I had been there about 5 ears ago and got a good cut. My how that place has changed! First of all, the place looks so cheap and cheesy inside. Second, no one in the place could speak the language! Two of the stylist looked like punk rockers! I received the WORST haircut of my life! The Asian lady that was supposed to be the "owner" couldn't even do a basic haircut! She was too busy watching her staff and rushed me. I'll never go back. Beware!!

Pros: location

Cons: poorly trained staff, ugly atmosphere, cheap

I usually get my brows waxed every 3-4 weeks. I didn't have time to get it done over the weekend so I decided to do it on my lunch break. There was a big sign in the window that said "Waxing" and "Walk-ins Welcome". My Stylist seemed nice enough, BUT I almost was in tears when I got into my car and got a good look at my brows. My brows were noticable uneven and there were "patches" of hair left in places where she was supposed to have waxed. One of my brows was left thicker than the other and she was only going to wax below the brow (I understand that this was the practice 10 years ago), but now everyone - or almost everyone- waxes above the brow. I had to ask her to wax above the brow and when she did, she waxed the outside of one brow and a tiny patch of the other. I was not happy at all. I just got out of her chair because I could not even begin to tell her how to fix the problem. I only wished that she would have said that she was not very proficient in waxing. I would have appreciated this and kindly waited for someone else instead of her "practicing" on me.
