When we went to take the minivan for a test drive, IT WOULD NOT START! The sales associate gave the most ridiculous excuse:" Well, it's been really hot and we had not started it for awhile,". She is a moron. Well, a mechanic came out and gave the car a jump. After we returned from our test drive, my husband insisted on letting the vehicle idle. As the car idled, my husband inquired about any warranties. We were told they didn't offer any. My husband said that he felt that if a business stands behind their product, they would offer some kind of free warranty. No sooner than he said that, a terrible sound came from the engine. We left immediately... The next day, the sales associate called us back and informed us that not only was the problem corrected, but they were also giving us a warranty. We told her we would be there the next day to purchase the car. As we were getting ready to leave the sales associate called to tell us that there was another problem with the van and that we would have to come Monday. On Monday, she called us and said that the mechanic wanted to check something and it wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. So, we waited and waited. We finally called her and she informed us that the van would have to be taken to the Chrysler dealer for repairs. She told us she would call us to let us know when the car would be ready. We looked elsewhere and she never called us back.
