Toys R Us

When someone is double charged at the store non of the associates or managers know how to handle the situation. They give you a phone number to call to get your extra charge back which is wrong. A person in the store that is a manager should have the authority to give a double charge back to the customer as they are in line.

This place is horrible! The sale prices do not ring correctly and when you complain the manager DIANE will tell you "yeah that sign is incorrect" and it is "a cooperate problem not hers". I often see other unhappy customers there as well. The staff is rude the prices are incorrect.. it is basically anyones guess what you will be charged at the register. And the worst part is I have only visited 3 times and had the same issue all 3 times!! I will never go there again!

Wow, they open at 10am and it's 10:30am. I have been on hold for 15 minutes and still no answer on whether or not a doll is in stock. This is after calling 3 times and getting disconnected. If there were only more locations to choose from I would not call and check I would just go by but, it's too far to take a chance. It's 10:37 now and another person just picked up the phone to see if they could help me. 10:42am no answer, another person picks up the phone and says "she said she don't see it but she is checking the warehouse" I don't know who she is or what warehouse "she" is referring to. 10:45, no answer - who knew toys r us was so busy with the phones, and it's not even xmas time. 10:48am - they answered and they don't have it in stock. Wow!!

The staff is very friendly and the manager is the same. Always has what we are looking for and never "out of stock" as some of the mass merchandiser stores. The Manager is great to deal with. Will give my business to this store versus the local walmarts and Target.

They have a really good selection of popular and classic toys for all ages. They also have a pretty good baby section including sippy cups and diapers. They usually have some good buys on clearance as well. Staff is friendly and on weekdays the lines are not long.

This Toys R Us story is ok. The store is large and has a huge selection of toys but it is not organized well. Every time I go to find something specific I end up having to ask someone where to look. The checkout lines are usually slow and sale items often do not ring up at the right price.
