Marsh Woodwinds ROCK!

by Brian T.

I purchased a 12m 1969 bari sax from Marsh woodwinds. Upon walking in I immediately notice that this was not your ordinary music store. I have not seen a more honest store owner in a long time. After 3 or so weeks I broke the b flat key on the horn I called and explained. Without a hesitation Rodney said to bring it by and he would fix it while I waited. This turned out to be a major repair but he fixed it none the less over the next two hours during the repair I watched him make everything from simple adjustments on flutes and saxophones while working on my horn. After the repair he tuned the horn some more and gave it back to me.
THIS PLACE ROCKS!
I will not let anyone else work on this horn and I drive 2 hours to get their.
Plus they have a huge inventory of instruments in stock.

Great service

by Nancy K. | insider_guru Insider Guru | Rank: 1,608

Marsh Woodwinds is a real specialist. They did a great job of overhauling my flute. I also purchased a used piccolo for my daughter there. Great service. Very interesting store with a quirky collection of old instruments and sheet music to look at while you wait.

Incredible Service

by Jesse M.

I had a problem with my Tenor saxaphone. I had always heard that Marsh Woodwinds was a great place for service. I found out why yesterday. When I showed up they treated the horn like an emergency room patient - had me up and running in ten minutes! By the way - I am almost embarrsaed to say that the charge was $5. $5 ! what kind of service can you get in 2007 for $5? This place is truly a treasure for the music community. Thank you- Jay Miller

Musically minded?

by Susanna G. | insider_expert Insider Expert | Rank: 4,411

Marsh woodwinds is where I purchased my flute when I started in middle school band fifteen years ago. Still around today, Marsh woodwinds is a greta place to purchase a first time instrument, or get the one you have repaired. Great prices, and a FANTASTIC staff
