I had an appointment to meet with Don on September 24th, 2005. I arrived at my appointment, and the first problem I had was that he had forgotten about it. Not a big issue, since he and I sat down to go over what flowers I wanted for my wedding regardless. After we were finished, he said he would get me a quote by the following week. Two weeks later, I still had not received my quote, so I called the shop-he apologized and said he had been very busy with other weddings and had not been able to get me a quote, but would email one by the following week. It is almost a month now since I have met with him, and I still have not received a quote. If his service is this awful before I hire him, I can only imagine how horrible it would have been if I had booked him.
