The service department here is AWESOME! I have been taking my Nissan here since I purchased it in 2010 for all auto service and have received outstanding service each time. Recently I was truly blown away by this department outstanding customer service. I had purchased a set of new tires about 3 weeks ago and 2weeks later I got a flat tire. I instantly called the service department and spoke to the rep that had assisted me when I purchased the tire. He knew exactly who I was and told me to come in and they would take care of everything and that is exactly what they did. All I had to do was relax in their comfortable waiting area and within an hour I was driving off with a new tire. I will not take my care anywhere else.

I have had my NV van serviced here for a year and couldn't be happier. Alfredo is my service writer and always greats me with a smile. He is very thorough and makes sure every request is met. The service itself is excellent. The techs are very professional and courteous. By being able to watch the techs work brings the assurance that nothing is being done inappropriately. Their shop is clean and well kept. My van is always returned on time and clean as well. I have no desire to go anywhere else.

I am sure you get many comments...but I wanted you to know what a great experience we had purchasing a Pathfinder from your dealership. Between Mazen Tutah and his assistant Eun Song, all our needs were anticipated. I watched my wife really enjoy "buying the car of her choice, herself!" We were not sold...we were given the pleasant chance to purchase it. I saw my wife laughing with Eun while exploring Bluefooth. I had fun helping Richard and Mazan install the crossbars and license plates.

Then in the mail we received a gift of cookies! First class! We never met, but I worked for Caterpillar for 40 years...and I was the expert for CAT distributors worldwide on selection and training of Sales Managers and Sales Consultants. Your people would have scored in the top among the sales forces of the 100 plus dealers I worked with. I came away with a price and interest rate I felt was fair, and the experience my wife and I had with Kevin was quite pleasant. He was not pushy and he made us feel comfortable from the beginning to end. After the test drive and some discussion he placed an offer on the table I felt was very fair. I was assured the interest rate would be the best they could get me based on my credit report.

The service department are gold diggers! I brought my Nissan in for state emission inspection. The service manager came in and said the mechanic recommends I get brake line flush and some other stuff that they estimated at over $200. I said no mainly because of the costs. As I was waiting for my car, I started to remember that I just had major work done about two prior with the brake flush being one of them. I checked my records when I got home and called the service manager right away. I asked if the mechanic actually checked the levels or was going by a recommended schedule. He lied of course. I will never go there again for anything - service or purchase related.

Everyone knows that pretty much any dealer will tell you what you want to hear to get you into the showroom, where they can work their voodoo on you to buy a car. It's the game we all play when we want a new car. So you do your research, figure out your best deal, and present that to as many dealers as you can to see who will bite. Most dealers will say, "Sure, we can do that deal. Just come on in!" And you come in and they say, "Well, we can *almost* do that deal." Then you go to the next dealer and the next, until you finally go into the dealership that will do that deal...until you spend hours doing the final paperwork and suddenly it's not that deal anymore. My advice: Walk out the door. This is what happened to me at South Charlotte Nissan.

The parts staff was not very knowledgeable about specific part options. Certain NISSAN parts supposedly have to be bought as an assembly rather than just the part itself. They now know that parts other than NISSAN parts can be used so maybe they can be honest enough to let customers know their options rather than pay more than is needed.

The salespeople there are tricky with thier words they say one thing and then do something else. And I have come to find out that the managment who work there are that way as well. I bought a nissan Titan 08 and finalized the deal with the salesman Brian Sobo. In the deal I stated that I wanted a trailer hitch installed as part of the deal. Brian said no problem Ill have that put on for you. Well I get a call 5 days later and the manager says that I need to come in and put down 405 in order for them to put the hitch on. I was very upset they raised the price on my vehicle, did not order the hitch like they said and gave me the runaround. I have used my time off work to deal with the problems I am still having with this dealership. I highly recomend avoiding this dealership like the flu.
