Tish Libby (owner) is a dishonest, greedy, and lazy salesman who cares not about her customers and providing them the quality service that they pay for.

You better hope that there are no errors in your orginial order because after Tish Libby has your money, consider yourself on the bottom of her priority list if you have any errors or issues with your shades/blinds.

She'll continually tell you that she is 'here for you' and 'going to fix it' but I spent over 14 months, 9 visits to my house, and well over 40 hours trying to get Tish to follow through with her words. She will lie to you and tell you want you want to here, but has no follow through or integrity.

I placed an order of shades that cost me over $2500. The first order showed up a week after she promised and over 75% of the order was wrong. It took over 5 weeks to get the next order to my house and still there were errors. Another 3 months went by before the order was in my house according to the original contract.

Then everything started falling apart! I had 2 valances just pop off their mount and crash to the ground. And I had an entire 7 foot wide shade crash to the ground. With every failure of her shades, Tish took over 2 months to come and fix the shades.

Tish won't take any responsibility for her abominable service and will place ALL blame on her manufacturer.

She offered me a new set of shades for another room in our house as compensation for all of our troubles, but in true fashion, did not follow through with her words. The first shade that showed up was the wrong size. Her workers drilled holes in my window frame before even checking the shade to be the correct length. Months passed, and she never fixed that order. Eventually, after another valence fell I prompted Tish again for some sort of compensation to actually be fulfilled. She told me she had placed another order and that it had arrived at her office, but come to find out, after another 5 weeks of waiting, the order was never fulfilled because the manufacturer no longer held the material in stock.

Tish lied and had never followed up to make sure the order was successfully received. As a last minute attempt to satisy me, the customer, Tish placed another order of shades with a different comparable material. Every one of the 3 shades were deficient. Two valences were cut incorrectly for the placement of the cord. Her workers then used plyers to cut the valence correctly. One shade was 8 inches too narrow - unsalvagable. Another valence's material was glued extremely wrinkly. Again they left my house with the deficient order and I was left with holes in my window frames.

After 14 months with one disappointment after another with Tish Libby's terrible service, I turned down waiting for another questionable order of shades as compensation and asked that she reimburse me monetarily for all my time wasted, poor service, crappy shades and damages done to my house.

Tish Libby refused to provide me any money back for her awful service.

Do not trust Tish Libby and do not give her your money!

I have had 3 experiences with Blinds Plus. One was at my place of work, and the other 2 was at home. They installed woven woods in a porch and a palladium window. I have always been extremely satisfied and happy with the end results.

Blind Plus in Fayetteville NC is HORRIBLE!!!! Anyone saying they are good must be related! tHE OWNER WILL GIVE YOU sob STORIES ABOUT DEATH AND THEN WILL GO INTO HER I LOVE GOD ROUTINE! While offering you terrible service! Blame there poor work ethic on snow days and so forth! I am calling live at 5 to investigate them!!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!! I can give you countless names that have been done wrong because of BPlus business practices!!

I had previously bought blinds somewhere else in town although I wont mention the name of the company I felt robbed and USED. The blinds were cheap and began to fall apart, so I went over to Blinds Plus by word of mouth and they gave great competitive prices on great quality blinds the blind were exactly what I wanted. A woman named Tish was awsome too she helped me pick out a color suitable throughout the house and made the blinds motorized for me so me and the wife can open and close the blinds without ever leaving the couch which is great for the day's when your to lazy to get up and close the blinds when your trying to just relax.

Just a few do's and don'ts about Blinds Plus. First do not believe the 3 week installation promise. It is not going to happen. Do not expect the courtesy of a return call when you are inquiring about your products. It is not going to happen. Finally, do not give a second thought to your install going right on the first attempt. It is not going to happen.

Do be patient during the long wait for the installation of your blinds. Do be kind as you listen to all the different excuses as to why you do not have your blinds. Do remember that you decided to go with this company after you read the reviews.

Good luck, you'll need it.

Blinds Plus installed shades and blinds upstairs and down in our new home. They arrived promptly and delivered exactly as they had promised. Over the past few years I've used their service department twice for incidental items and it was done very quickly and efficiently. Tish has been a great person to deal with...knowledgeable, professional and friendly.

Ordered blinds in May 09. Installed May 09-but 4 were the wrong style or size. Dozens of phone calls didn't help we had to stop by-got the real blinds in June. Still having problems with an issue with a missing part!

I ordered blinds from Blinds Plus back in Aug 08 and it took me 4wks to get my blinds installed. When they finally came to installed the blinds in was the wrong color, they mistakenly gave my blinds to another customer, I was very disappointed. I will never use this place again. They are really bad about returning calls and their customer service really needs improvement.

I ordered 3 blinds from them and was told 3 wks Max..The man doing the est. told me it never even takes that long. It was 6 weeks and I got the run-around..I would NEVER use them again!!!! My calls were rarely returned..

Blinds Plus will come out and measure to get the right fit. If you are looking blinds, Tish, will get you the best made. The service from Blinds Plus is the best around. They have replacement pieces for blinds. The friendly staff will install your blinds, and they show up when they say they are going to.
