If you want to make sure your expensive deck lasts as long as possible call the Deck Docktors. They'll treat it and come back next year to pressure wash it. If it's already in disrepair don't worry - they can probably get it looking almost new. They use high quality products and they get the job done quickly. Over all I give this company two thumbs up.
PROS: great work
CONS: a little expensive
