Hello, My Name is Bonnie and I own a 2004 Kia Rio that was purchased in 2004 from another establishment.
On August 15th at 6:15 PM, I had returned home from grocery shopping with my trunk full of groceries and when I went to use the release lever for the trunk it would not engage. I then went to the back to open it with my key & it too would not work. I then began to panic concerned of the groceries spoiling in this heat. I immediately contacted Keffer KIA of Mooresville and spoke with Crystal and I told her my situation. Crystal told me that all of the service technicians had gone home but walked into the back just to check if by chance someone was there to help me but as she suspected, they had all left for the night. She then began to find a way to help me and was walking me through steps of ways to try to get into the trunk. She then told me to bring it in and we would figure it out! I drove to the dealership and both Crystal and Miles; Sales Rep., greeted me at the car and assured me that they would get it taken care of. Miles worked until he did retrieve my groceries and then repaired the issue with both the key locking mechanism as well as the inside latch which was just stuck, while Crystal brought out a bottle of ice cold water, reassuring me that everything would be fine.
Even though I did not purchase my vehicle with Keffer KIA, their customer service went way above all expectations. I contacted my husband who is serving in Afghanistan to tell him what they had done for me in my time of need. We are both so very grateful. I told my husband that this is an awesome company, one that I myself would like to be employed by.
The Rio may have put me in a ??sticky situation? that evening, but in the 9 years of ownership we have had very, very minimal issues or complaints with that car and when we are ready for another vehicle, you bet we will be calling Miles Crovitz for that purchase.

Jusst purchased my second Kia from Keffer Kia of Mooresville. Both times I had a fantastic experience - the salesman, Boone Parker, was great. He spent a lot of time showing us different cars and then explaining everything about them. Both Boone and Steve were the best!!

Stopped by the dealership as they were closing and Greg took the time to show the vehicle after hours anyways. He was defiantly the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He showed the car in full detail, even compared to all other cars that were simular. His knowledge of the car market was A+. Will defiantely be coming back over and over. Also, will let everyone know where to come get world class customer service.
Everyone at Keffer Kia was friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all, low-key--no high pressure to buy. Mike Taylor, (reminded us of Ron White, the comedian) our salesman, worked with us to be sure we got the right vehicle for our needs. Chris Fann, Sales Manager, gave us a very fair deal and was easy to work with providing us with options. While we there we met two other customers who owned three Kias and they highly recommended Keffer Kia over all other Kia dealerships.

Found a really nice used Civic online we wanted to test drive. Called with questions about the vehicle and got really nice help from a man named Darren. Told him we were going to come test drive it so he pulled it off the lot for us to try. We fell in love with it. He worked really well with us and our budget concerns to try and get us the best deal possible. Service has been great and the dealership as a whole is very impressive. Definitely would recommend.
Was extremey please with our sales person. Shannon Moorre was very helpful and a very pleaseant person to be with. Have recommened him to my sister and she will be cooming to see him asap. I was in the market for a new Optima and I went to three different dealers before I went to Keffer Kia in Mooresville NC. When I arrived there I was greated with a great personality and a huge smile by Shannon Moore. He was very knowledgeable about there inventory and what I was looking for. I think it was 100 degrees that day and Shannon walked me inside the cool building and went and pick out the car I was looking for and pulled it up the building with the ac blowing cold and when we left we took a nice test drive about twenty minutes not just around the block. I have to say the whole crew was very laid back but professional. It was the best buying experience I have ever had. If you are looking for a new or a preowned vehicle I recommend Keffer Kia as your one stop shop.
My experience at the dealer shop was very disappointing. I was looking for used car, which I actually bought. But the experience after that was one which not only deserves poor review but also as a caution to future buyers.
I understand when buying a used car, risk is all buyers. But dealer must be honest enough to own up to the fact that buyer can't possibly check and confirm each and everything in a vehicle. Dealer can as they inspect and ready the vehcile for sale.Credibility and Honesty comes in play and this clearly shows this to be lacking at Keffer.
I found that Keffer had serious gap here. When I bought the car and drove it home, I found all floormats completely missing from the vehicle, when I removed the paper mats. I fully expected them to be there or atleast Keffer should have told me that they are missing. But to my surprise, they turned it on me. Keffer claimed, it was my mistake that I didn't check and they won't fix my mistake and it is to be expected in a used car. I found this to be very rude and unprofessional. Even though it's only couple of hundred dollars to get new floormats, but I was disgusted with the attitude their used car manager showed.
Yes, one doesn't buy cars daily. But this experience has left no doubt in my mind that Keffer dealership is not the one with whom to do business. I regret I went 80 miles away to buy a vehicle and what a nightmare it turned out to be. Trust me, one bad experience ruins it all and this was the one.

I have been researching the optima and fell in love with it, I first went to kia of gastonia and left very upset due to the treatment i received, I went to Keffer Kia and was treated like family, I love my new Optima and Keffer kia

I had a great experience at Keffer Kia. I had always been uneasy about dealing with salesmen because in my past experiences they were always very pushy and didn't seem to have my best interest in mind. I'm glad to say that has now changed after meeting Richie Carter. Richie was honest, patient, and genuine. Thanks Richie and Keffer Kia!
Keffer Kia is a top notch dealership. They made an excellent choice when they hired Richie Carter, who sold me my three vehicles. From the General Manager to the finance offcer, to service, this dealership know exactly what customer service means. I highly recommend this dealership to others and to my friends.

I have puchased many vehicles in my years. I have never been treated better by a warm an inviting staff like Keffer Kia. It was a very quick process (which my time is limited). They also made it very exciting, I got to ring a bell and everyone clapped and made it a celebration. I was very suprised and excited.

& the GM treated my wife & I very professionally. We felt like there honesty and sincerity was for real. I had NO intentions of buying two cars but they made the difference. The Ford, Chevrolet, Toyota & Honda personnel have a lot to learn about working with people. This was the best buying experience we have every been through. They have a great staff!
