I recently was in a family wedding, I am from out of town. I had a problem with my bridesmaid dress that I received and had altered in the cities-they did a horrible job and it did not fit at all. I was just sick from the situation, I was told to go to SO I did and was very happy I did. They helped me out immediately and I had a dress that fit in a couple of hours. The people that worked there were fantastic- they were abolutely awesome and very inexpensive. So you people that complain- you need to stop, I would recommend them to anyone. You ought to live where I live- then you would have something to complain about.

I am getting married in July of 2010 and so I went to special occasions to find a dress along with my mother and best friend. My first impression right away was not so good. I loved my first dress i tried on but it had a lot of cheap lookin rhinestones under the bust (just one large decal piece) I asked if we could take it off and replace it with a lace piece.. they argued saying that it would never come off and that there is hardly anywhere to find lace anymore.. when that was pretty much a lie the decal has now been easily taken off by my new seamstress who also had tons of lace. That very same day my mother tried a dress on and she is a rather large breasted woman the dress was snug in that area and they made the rudest comment "oh well you have a VERY large ribcage" how awful is that?? Not to mention i felt very uncomfortable the whole time with their rude stares and comments. The lady helping me got blood on my dress accidently from a papercut and they refuse to clean it! They never called me i always had to be the one to get ahold of them to track my dresses down. My one and only appt. with the seamstress was so unorganized (keep in mind this is my first wedding) They asked me this "well what is it exactly you want to do today?" uh i dunno START ALTERING MY DRESS which never happened because that was just not in the seamstresses time frame. Four weeks to my wedding and not a thing is done my dress was sitting there for over a month! The lace i wanted was never ordered in when she said she would order it the day of that seamstress appt. Half the time they forgot what i even wanted as far as lace. So i went and picked all my dresses up and found a better person to alter them. When i went in she of course was very rude cuz i was no longer wanting her services making sure that i knew that once those dresses walk out her store she will not be liable for them and had the guts to say i can order that lace today and get it in today.. are you kidding me i was thinkin she could have done it a month ago!! all i can say is DO NOT go there if you need a dress.. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!

When I entered the store I was greeted promptly and the two employees listened to what I wanted and were very helpful! The owner was not there, but I heard she can be rude sometimes with the customers. I had a very fun time picking out my dress and veil. I also looked at the selection of bridesmaids dresses. They have a great variety.
I recommend this place to anyone!
