After having troubles with my 52' television I called the warranty on it and was told that I would receive in-home repair service. The warranty company told me I would receive a call from a repair specialist asap. 4 days later Don himself from Don's Stereo and Tv svc called me. He was very rude on the phone, and before I could tell him the problem with the television he told me the warranty did not cover the repair!? Ignoring his statement I continued to explain the problem, that the warranty company said WAS covered, and his bad attitude escalated. Don refused to come to my house initially to examine the problem and instead literally said " well I'll order some parts that sound like the problem and I hope there the right ones" !? 2 and a half weeks later I called back asking if the parts came in , of-course Don was not in and the person on the phone looked up my order and said " I'm not sure whats going on I see your parts but there not in store", which really concerned me. I was told when Don came back to the store he would call me and let me know whats going on. Well 4 days later my wife, frustrated, called again for the status of the parts.Don answered stating he ordered the wrong parts, which confused us cause from the get go he said he wasn't sure if they were the right parts AND he never came to my house to check out the problem, and he had to reorder the parts. So, 4 weeks later Don calls me asking for directions to my house saying he has the parts. Why he couldn't map quest it was beyond me so my wife gave him specific directions to the house. Don calls me saying he is lost , so I had to get in my truck and find him and guide him to my house. I knew then the attitude was common with him because once he got out of his car the attitude continued. He was in my house for no more than 5 minutes , turned on my TV and stated the problem was not under warranty and abruptly left. I spent $1,100.95 on my TV 2 years ago and that's the kind of service he gave my family.

I took my 100 disk changer to Don's because it wouldn't load or unload my CD's. I just wanted to see how much it would cost to fix since CD players are not expensive anymore and I don't use it a lot. He charged me next to nothing so now I have my great old school jams to listen to again when I clean my house!
