Dont even bother wasting your time visiting this store. It is not a corporate Sprint store. The store is owned by a little company called Allstate Wireless. Thier phone and accessories prices are ALWAYS higher than anyone else in town. I purchased a Galaxy s3 at this store and then found out it was $100 dollars cheaper at Best Buy. Dont waste your time with this store. Save yourself money and get the phone through Best Buy, Walmart, Sams Club, Costco, Radio Shack, Target , etc etc...the phones are usually $100 dollars less anywhere else. Allstate Wireless is a rip off and the managers and employees are rude!

My phone kept turning itself off, the screen was flickering, and when I went to the store, the first day I was told to wait for 20 min, but I ended up waiting for over 1.5 hrs. Although the technical support person who was fixing my phone in the back of the store was very polite and professional the software reinstalment etc. didn??t help. I went there the second day, THAT IS WHEN THE SUPERVISOR WAS EXTREMELY RUDE; he RAISED his voice at me (his customer). He was preoccupied with something else while I was explaining my problem. He wanted to put me through the same thing I went through the day before, and I tried to explain him that it didn??t work, but instead of moving on to the next level, he raised his voice at me, made me wait for another 1 hr (did the same thing what was done yesterday), and then eventually move things to the next level ( which took another hour or more). I left the store to calm myself down, but I believe that learning a bit about professional communication is very important, especially if you are a supervisor and working continuously with customers. If he had done his job and paid attention to his customer, he could have saved time for everyone and kept efficient and professional environment.

I have been a sprint customer since 03. I have never in my life dealt with such below average customer service. I had issues with my BB Tour and after my 3 remaufactured phone I switched to the All wonderful EVO. Right out of the box i was getting Force close and double and triple txt messaged from the same person with the same time stamp on the message. This was happening from multiple people. I have called sprint so many times that it takes them 20 minutes to read thru all of my notes and all of the esculated calls to Tech support on this phone. I finally received a E ticket to have the phone replaced and went ot the Corp Store and they said, we will have to run tests to make sure that the phone is not working. So I said sure..they checked with a fellow co worker that just got his and came back and said, over the weekend the Android server was having issues and didnt do the test on my phone, giving me a raised shoulder and said if it keeps hapening bring it back. Remember this EVO was still under the 30 day return policy. So here I am trying to download apps to help this phone get running better and later to find that the Hot Spot feature is an ADDITIONAL 29.99 a month, One feature they didnt tell me. Oh i was warned about the additional 10 for the Non 4G we have in our area and the tech even said its doublt full we will ever get one as they are 4 million to put up around here. All they did was sell its finer points but never told me about what expect as far as additional features requiring additional monthly fees... Sprint may be cheaper than the rest of the blood suckers out there but there Customer Service and Support leaves you with an expensive phone that looks pretty and works half the time.. Very displeased........

I have been a customer for 3 years and have had nothing but wonderful experiences each and every time i visit the store! The retail staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I implore the manager to immediately consider raises for all of them.

This store has pretty good customer service. I have had cell service from them for two years before I signed up here. I got great reception almost all the time. Some of the employees are very helpful, but there are a few that are mean. It's a decent place overall.

This Sprint store has excellent customer service. I have had cell service from them for four years. I get great reception almost all the time. The employees are very helpful. I have a great plan that isn't very expensive.
