As other reviewers mentioned this is a GREAT hair school! In the past I always frequented this establishment for discounted services. I tried a new competitor and didn't return to Josefs for a while. Then I decided I should go back and compare the two. I have to be totally honest and admit that some of the newer buisnesses have "nicer" locations and look more fancy. However, upon returning to Josefs I found that they had remodeled and updated their look. As usual I recieved a good haircut at a fair price. When it comes time to get a haircut now I pick by where I am (location). Give both a try and see which you prefer. Oh and by the way... IF you have never been to hair school you are missing out! If you have heard horror stories, think about this...Did the person with the "bad" haircut tell their stylist they didn't like it and give them a chance to fix it? Or did they just lie and then complain to everyone else who coudln't do anything about it.

PROS: inexpensive, location
CONS: less modern building (aesthetics only)

This is a great place to go for cheap pedicures, manicures and hair cuts. The students do all the work to help them get their degree's but if you don't mind it taking a bit longer, it is fun and cheap.

I've known many people who have gone to Josefs for hair school and done very well. I think they have thorough training and excellent instructors. I've also gone there for hair services from time to time. That has gone okay. Just know you are getting a student and it might take longer than it normally should.
