Creative Shears

I went there to get a deep conditioning, i was excited that my hair would be soft and manageable but whatever they used did not even worked:( my hair was dry, the next day my hair was very breakable and frizzy. So much for good quality products! I really think they used cheap stuff because I have had deep conditioning before in California, and it actually made a difference. My hair cut was totally wrong, I don't like when stylist end up doing what they want, instead of what you have told them what you wanted.

The service that I received at Creative Salon and Spa was not to their greatest potential. I went into the shop with a picture of the color that I wanted to dye my hair. The employee Britney insisted that I go with another color due to the fact that the color I have chosen would damage my hair and that I should stay with my natural color and highlight my hair. I went ahead and took her advice and had her highlight my hair, when the service was done I looked like a skunk and parts of my hair were red orange. unsatisfied with what she had done to my hair I had her return my hair back to its previous color. Not only did she not do a well job on my hair she got dye on my shirt and when applying the color she spilled some on my nose, eyelid, and toe. Not only could I have done this job at home I could of also saved myself $90.00. I will no longer give Creative Salon and Spa my patronage, I will be taking it elsewhere.

I had a facial here and it was very good. However be prepared for afterwards. They will give you a hard sell to buy their products. I was really pressured to buy a face soap that listed its first ingredient as petroluem. I have very oily skin, and can't imagine what this would have done to me. The prices are average, it is a nice location, newly remodeled. I would go there again.
