Northwest Tire & Auto Svc

I made an appointment to see if I needed to get an alignment done to my car. When I made the appointment to get this done it was made a week in advance and the man told me that they are will be wide open, so I get a 8 AM appointment set up. I drop the car off at about 7:45 AM and then go eat breakfast with someone else at a nearby restaurant. We get done a little after 8:30 AM and we drive back to my house and pass Northwest Tire as it is on the way and I still see my car sitting outside not even having been attended too.

I was going to be gone for a while and told them not to be in a rush. I finally get a phone call at about 2:30 PM and they tell me that the parts they ordered were not the parts that were delivered to them. Then the person tells me that they couldn't get to my car anyways because they couldn't get another car off of a lift. I said fine I will pick up my car when I am able to get there sometime around 4 PM probably. I finally get there a little after 4 PM, and they had a couple of customers inside waiting for things to get done and one person up front trying to help. He finally gets to me and I told him I am here to pick up my car and told him what my name is. He at least recognized my name and told me to follow him as it seemed that he was going to show me something or have me talk to someone. Instead we go back to the shop area and he can't find any paperwork on my vehicle and can't find anyone to talk to about my vehicle. I finally get my keys, thankfully they didn't charge me anything I still don't know what they even did. I proceed to my car which was parked in the exact same spot as I left it, I suppose they could have parked it in the same spot again, but I doubt it. there was no snow melted off of my car which leads me to believe they didn't even bring it in the shop as it would have at least defrosted some.

I really can't say their work is bad or their prices are too high or fair, because they didn't charge me anything, but as I said earlier I don't know that they even did one thing to my car. As far as I know my car sat there all day and they finally called me and made up some excuse for not being able to get to my car.

I won't be going back to these guys unless they give me something for free or incredibly discounted, but I won't say that their work is bad.

I called around lunch to see if they'd be able to take my car to look at and fix two tires. They told me to bring it in around 2:30 - 3 pm. When I brought it in, I thought I was in for quite a wait, but they were looking at the car within five minutes. The service was quick and cheap--$18 to examine two tires and repair one. I will definitely go back to them again if I ever need my tires repaired.

We had tires installed here and were pleased with the service. They got it down in the time they said it would take and called us as soon as it was done. The price was right in line with other places in town. Overall we were happy.
