Corwin Honda took care of us in every possible way! A test drive with Matt Bauer caused me to come back with my wife a week later. He was extremely thorough in explaining all parts of the Honda Pilot we drove, though not to the point where we felt he was pandering to us or making us feel unknowledgeable. We agreed on a price just under the ticket because we were on a budget. Matt and his manager looked over our trade-in and offered essentially what KBB had it listed at. We accepted, then finalized the deal with Greg Brown in finance. Shortly thereafter, we drove an incredibly clean 2012 Honda Pilot off the lot! Fantastic service, low pressure, knowledgeable salesperson, and a great deal all around! Test drove at other places, and none of them even mentioned the towing package on the vehicle, or offered to install an autostart!

WORST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE EVER

Car: Honda Civic

I wanted to get my car ready for a long trip that I was going on this summer.
Totally got ripped off and worst part is issues still exist and I paid $900 (Isn't that hilarious!). Salesman was very good at selling me what he wanted and didn't care much about issues I had with my car. As a result he managed to made me pay twice as much as I budgeted for car service without fixing any of the stuff I wanted fixed.

Here is the list of issues I was concerned about and need fixed since I didn't wanted to take my vehicle in this condition on a long road trip.

-Horn doesn't work.
-Keyless entry does not work.
-Oil change
-Gear getting stuck at Parking
-Car start issue sometimes( had something to do with battery terminals not clean)
-Wheel alignment Issue

Here is what really got fixed and what additional things were sold to me.

-Oil change
-4 brand new tires (Talked me into it, it didn't seem like a critical thing to me.)
-axle fixing (They insisted to get this fixed and due to budget issue I had to compromise on other stuff)

After leaving vehicle with them for 2 days when I got my vehicle back it seemed to be working at first but then during my trip things they "fixed" starts to break down again. And on the top of all that CRUISE CONTROL DOES NOT WORK ANYMORE.

In short, They are great salesmen they know how to sell things they want to sell and they seemed least concerned about customer's problems. (My friends warned me, I wish I had listened to them.)

Big fan of Honda but totally unsatisfied with Corwin Honda Services. Will be buying a new Honda Accord soon but NEVER EVER from Corwin.

Everything was fine at first. Corwin was very accommodating to have us take the used van to our own mechanic for inspection and they were very forthcoming with the carfax and maintenance history. Until we went in to retrieve the vehicle. We sat for a half and hour, AFTER being called to push our scheduled appointment back and hour. They told us the disc changer wasn't operating. They said it was an easy same day fix. We would simply drop the van off one morning, have a courtesy driver drop my husband off at work, then have the van ready to drive back home that same night. We live out of town, so it's easier for mileage to drive the one vehicle to Fargo. My husband brought the van in to Corwin that Friday morning. They took out the entire stereo system and told him they wouldn't get to it that day, but bring it back on Monday. Thus begins our weekend of errands with 5 children in the back and nothing but the sound of their own voices to entertain them. If Corwin knew they wouldn't be able to work on it that day, we should have been told this before they took the entire system out and instead, brought the van in on Monday for our same day repair. Monday rolls around and my husband drives the van into work again in anticipation for our same day repair to be done and installed. It's now 2pm and no word from Corwin. I called the service center and all they told me is the repair woman called for information this morning, but they don't have it back yet, sorry. I told the service man at Corwin to call the stereo repair woman and ask for more information on whether it would be done tonight, because I didn't want to be without a van for a third day while my husband drives it to work *hoping* Corwin finally gets this issue resolved. On top of wasting gas driving the van instead of my husbands regular work vehicle, they didn't wash the vehicle, didn't top off the tank as they said they would and their customer communication skills are severely lacking. I would not buy from this retailer again and definitely not suggesting anyone else buy a used vehicle from them either.

I agree with the person that said there is NO SERVICE after the deal. I bought a 2010 Honda Insight on Saturday. My salesman was horrible and unprofessional and texted me from his cell phone after we left asking if my friend that went with me was single. I gave him my number for a business transaction, not for his personal use. I was told they would call me on Monday and tell me when I could get my car. I called at noon, at 1, and at 4:30 asked to speak to the manager. My salesperson had the day off so he had no intention of calling me. Today is Tuesday, I still haven't heard when I can get my car and I have called twice this morning. Once they make the sale THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU! I would never buy another car from them again.

I purchased a 2008 Honda Fit 2 days ago. I had a pleasant experience through the test drive, negotiating, etc., but the second the deal was crafted it turned into a mess. The salesperson copied ALL of our information incorrectly. Wrong address, birth date, income, employment, name, etc. It was like he was not even listening to us. As we were sitting in with the finance person, we were reviewing the information and had to fix everything.
Since there was 2 of us on the loan, and it was my car, I thought it odd that he put my co-signers name first, but was assured this is fine and will not impact anything.
They stayed late and completed the deal and were to call me the next morning to arrange a time I could pick up the car.
NO ONE CALLED. I called at 3 in the afternoon and got hung up on, transferred to the wrong dealership and found out my salesman was in training all day long. After the 4th phone call, I asked for a manager directly and was told I could pick my car up at 7, but would need to arrange that with my salesperson (who was MIA). I called the salesperson and informed him that I would be there at 6:45 and I didn't plan on wasting any time. Got there, picked up the new car and drove home. At home we noticed the registration & the car was in my co-signer's name! The car didn't even have my name on it. I have been calling all morning, of which my salesperson is out of the office, trying to get this fixed. No luck. This is ridiculous. Do not waste your time. There is NO SERVICE AFTER THE SALE. Be warned.

The day I purchase my new Honda Accord was one of the happiest days I've had. Not only was I excited about my new car but I just want to say how great everybody was at Corwin Honda. They treated me like I was important and that goes a long way. I recommend everybody purchase a Honda Accord from Corwin Honda if you are looking for outstanding service.

I wouldn't recommend Corwin Honda. The salesman are very pushy and wanted a decision before we left the dealership that we weren't willing to make at that point in time. He had a hard time taking no for an answer and that we needed some time to think about it before deciding.
