Wedding Elegance

I got my bridesmaid dresses here. They are fairly priced and she is always 25% below stock, just like Jean's. Everything went fine and I was happy with the service I got. The one thing I appreciated was she was able to order from designers she may not necessarily stock, I could have gotten my Allure wedding gown from her had I known about it before I ordered from another store and it would have saved me at least a couple hundred dollars. The only thing I can say is some of the employees are, well, they don't know their "stuff" very well so if you want quality service you can trust, ask for Jenny.

When I walked into Wedding Elegance after spending the entire day before at David's Bridal, I was pleasantly surprised. The service was great, where David's had not been. The girl who helped me, also helped me look at dresses, whereas David's said pick out whatever you want. Not to mention that the change rooms where roomy with a mirror at least, again where David's had failed. I came down to Fargo from Winnipeg to hopefully find the dress of my dreams. Not only did I find it at Wedding Elegance, the dress was regularly priced $1,049 and I got it for $399. What a steal! I would recommend this place to those who can't stand being a "number".

We got the bridesmaid dresses for my sister's wedding here. All the dresses came in in different styles than what we ordered. They said the girl who took our order wrote down the wrong style numbers on the order form. Because we paid for them in full before they arrived, they said they were ours and they wouldn't exchange them for the dresses that we wanted. When my sister complained that they weren't the dresses that we ordered, they didn't even appologize or offer a discount! All they said was "At least they are the same color." Basically we paid for dresses that we did not order, and were stuck with them. I tell everyone not to go to Wedding Elegance. Customer service is horrible and they can't even get a dress order right. Also, the address listed on this page isn't for wedding elegance, as they are on 45th St.

At first I was very happy with wedding elegance! I bought my dress three months ago and paid the full amount! So the dress was mine! I went to try it on again last week and one of the workers told me that another girl came in that morning and tried this dress on and ordered it! I was like, does she mean my dress or did they order another one in! I asked her, in a round a bout way, if the ordered another one in and she said NO!! THis means that they let someone else try on my dress! This is wrong and I hope to get some money back!

I had the best luck with this place. The staff is very helpful and patient. I ordered my wedding dress, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dress and I am also going to order all the tuxes! What a wonderful place! I am going to tell everyone what a wonderful place this is!!

I went in the store and no one was there. No one. The door was open and I walked in and there wasn't anyone working even. I could have taken a dress and left, but they have a little place and not much to choose from.

Not the greatest selection, but they were able to order my dress with the sku number and they gave me a deal. I would not recommend them for alterations and they messed mine up and didn't really feel bad about it.
