I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Civic LX from Shad Kusler. I had been to several other dealerships around town and Bismarck Motor Company was by far the best choice. Shad made the purchase enjoyable and easy. He was knowledgeable on the different vehicles in their lot and knew exactly what car would fit my wants and needs best.

My experience with Bismarck Motor Company was very A++++++++++++...Shad Kusler i can describe as best of the best and i would like to see him as president !Great job MAN!!!

Shad Kusler was the salesperson I worked with at Bismarck Motor Company. I was initially looking at used vans with low mileage, as I didn't think I could afford a new van. After we visited a bit, Shad suggested I look at a new 2011 Nissan Quest that was on the lot. It was priced lower than the used vehicles I had been considering. It was actually just what I wanted but didn't think I could afford. Shad answered all my questions and provided me with a great deal of information, and has continued to follow up with me to make sure the Quest if living up to my expectations. I worked with Corey Jesser to arrange for my financing. He very clearly explained the documents I was signing and what my obligation would be, and I got an outstanding rate. I never felt pressured by either Shad or Corey. Both were friendly and professional, and wonderful to work with.

I worked with Shad to find a new Nissan Frontier. The options I wanted are not common in new vehicles. Shad went the extra mile to make sure he found the Frontier with options I wanted. He did a great job of communicating with me on how the search was going.

I had contacted the Honda website, and requested quotes from several dealers. Shad Kusler with Bismarck Motor Company was the first person that contacted me with a quote for a Honda Civic LX. He was very friendly and informative. I am from Minot and visited dealers in my hometown. They were helpful, but my children told me to get a good deal. I had owned a Honda Civic DX for twenty years. I was happy to find a Honda with a manual transmission in Bismarck. My brother-in-law sells Hondas in Wisconsin. He told me what to look for in a new car. I bought a Civic from Shad because he had what I was looking for in a new car, at a great price, and with wonderful service.

After shortening our list of potential new vehicles that would meet our needs to three ( Ford Explorer, Nissan Xterra and Jeep Wrangler Unlimited) and test driving, researching and talking with sales representatives at various dealers, my wife and I found our perfect fit at the Bismarck Motor Company. Shad Kusler provided information on everything we needed to know and left out all of the superfluous information (such as how other dealers would treat us, or suggesting other vehicles we had no interest in) during our search for the right vehicle to meet our needs. we were offered top value for our trade in the process. Also notable were our financial arrangements and warrenty inclusions thoroughly presented by Corey Jesser, he did an excellent job of explaining the overview of the many options available to us, and only went into detail when asked to do so to help up make the right coverage decisions. Kudoes to these two staffers that made our buying experience a pleasure.
