Reuben Liechty Realtors

When I moved to Jamestown, many yrs. ago, I was warned not to rent from Reuben Liechty. The general opinion was that he was a "crook." I met him and his wife at a church function. Not the kind of person I would want to call a close friend. I wonder why Erika M. didn't sue. I would have. Be sure and take lots of "before" pictures of any apt. you rent from Liechty if you decide to take a chance on doing business with him.

I wouldn't recommend this company. I rented from them once and upon move out they refused to refund any of my deposit, and refused to state why in writing, as required by state law. After getting the run around with their office, I tried calling the owner, one of the Liechty's. He hung up on me. I never recieved my deposit or a reason why they kept it, and will never recommend them.

CONS: violated state law
