The staff at Tiny Town has been nothing but fantastic. I feel safe leaving my children with them, because you can tell they truly care for the kids in their charge. The facility is always clean, but not sterile enough that it feels like a hospital. The environment is fun. I was so tired of daycares that would hand my kids a couple of toys and expect them to entertain themselves. The staff at Tiny Town constantly interacts with my girls, and when I pick them up, I will hear for hours about all the fun they had during the day. As someone who has seen the ups and downs of this wonderful place over the years, there is no one else I'd trust with my children!

I just toured Tiny Town last week and i Loved it. My 3month old and 2 year old will be starting the first week in August. The Facility was clean and smelled great. The staff were very friendly and were playing with the kids on the floor. I have toured many other daycares and this is the daycare i loved the best. I give them four stars!!!!

My child just turned 3yo and has been going to Tiny town since the school year started. Within 3 weeks, he was fully potty trained and counting to 5. His speech has made great strides and he likes his teachers. I have noticed from reading around the web, that there seems to be at lest 1-2 people that have too much time on their hands to point out s suspension from over a year ago. I read the suspension reason and most of it was buecratic and small. Most of these bad reviews are cut and pastes from site to site and were probably from previous employees. As a parent I can tell a caution or warning from another parent versus vindictiveness. I won??t give the daycare 5 stars because I agree there is some improvements that should be made, but, as a parent, name a daycare that doesn't.

I recommended Tiny Town USA to a friend in the military because of the wonderful and understanding staff and management, and the loving care they provided for my son and daughter. I was shocked when my husband (who is also military) said our friend got turned off from Tiny Town after reading the harsh reviews online. I said to my husband, "Thats Crazy" and "I don't believe it". I think life is about getting what you give. If you coldly drop your child off for 10-12hrs a day without a kind word to the people actually caring for them, as if they are providing a service, like dry cleaning, and the child is merely your property, your child will sense that and misbehave out of brokenheartedness and the bad example set, and you, as the parent will fail to see that the "business" caring for you child actually does care. I'm not speaking to any particular person but of something I have observed. I have even been guilty of quickly dropping my kids off, with missing shoes, or hair undone, and have had long days at the office. Tiny Town lovingly accepts them and cares for them and gives them what I cannot because I work. I think its very important to get to know the people who are helping to raise your child and treat them as family. I am sure Tiny Town workers are under appreciated by parents. They have a hard job that not everyone has the gift to do. I was fortunate enough to have an office nearby where I could come in my lunchbreak and nurse my daughter. I got to observe the everyday activities and was very impressed. I love their open door policy and can see for myself the quality of care my children receive. OK,so my friend chose not to send her baby to Tiny Town...Her loss. So far, her childcare arrangments have been a mess and her baby has gone through several provider changes in just one year of life. My children love their teachers like aunties and will cherish the loving memories of their "home away from home". Man, there is sometimes I cant drag my 1-1/2 yr old daughter from the center because she is so happy there. I can't say enough. THANK YOU Tiny Town staff and management for providing a loving place for my children and taking a real interest in their lives.

I love Tiny Town! My grandchildren have been going there for several years now and every time I walk in I am impressed by all of the art work the children have hanging up, the pre-school, now including bible stories, which I think is exciting because I know my daughter doesn't always make it to church, and my grandchildren's overall happiness. The children have so much fun that half the time they don't want to leave. The center is very clean and doesn't have that day care smell about it.

My grandchildren have learned so much at Tiny Town, from kindergarten readiness to learning to be a good friend, to even good table manners. They love their "school" and so do I. I love picking them up and seeing what they have done. The girls that work there are very creative and really know how to keep the kids interested and entertained without putting them in front of a t.v.

The owners are very nice and they are there every morning and night. The kids call them grandma and papa. It's really nice, it seems to bring some of the shy children out of their shell. The director and assistant director are very caring and attentive to any and all needs I've ever had.

If you are looking for a day care, you should go and visit this place, I promise you will love it the minute you walk in!

My daughter has been attending Tiny Town for almost 7 months now. When we walked into Tiny Town, we knew that this was the place for her. She loves the people that take care of her!!! She even calls out for "Nenna" when she gets mad at us. That lets me know that she is very much taken care of at the facility. In the morning when dad drops her off, she is happy to see Marcie and is very sad when she is not there.Karissa, Britnie, Katie, Tammy, Megan and Danielle have all taken such great care of her. The girls there have made her feel like she is right at home. I think that Tiny Town is a wonderful center and I would not think about sending my daughter anywhere else.

I am VERY protective of my child. I feel very confident in the care that she receives at Tiny Town. She loves to go there every day and is happy when she is picked up. She has learned so much in the year she has been attending. I have recommended Tiny Town to many people because I like it so much.

After posting this original review, I see that "someone" doesn't believe the parents that take their children to Tiny Town are protective. Since she doesn't know us, I would say that is an unfair statement. She doesn't know what all we/I went through to check out the facility and staff. She doesn't know all of the other facilities/providers that were looked at. Do you think there are any other centers that don't have a single complaint filed? Just because a complaint is filed by a disgruntled parent, doesn't mean it is substantiated. I've seen the complaints filed with the state. There is NOTHING there that I feel is a danger to my child. To imply that I am willing to put my child in danger by taking her to Tiny Town is a complete fabrication. I love my child and I love Tiny Town.

PROS: Caring staff, excellent educational opportunities
CONS: None

Tiny Town USA is a wonderful childcare center. I have toured many others and felt that Tiny Town was the best by far.

Tiny Town is clean, un-cluttered, and organized. The teachers are warm and welcoming. My children look forward to attending "school" every day. They are only 2 yrs old and already know how to count, sing songs, say the alphabet, and many other things that never cease to amaze me. Yesterday, my daughter began to recite the pledge of allegiance while she was "reading" a book to me.

When we arrive to pick them up, my girls are playing happily and are always very clean. The workers are also very clean and appropriately dressed.

Unfortunately, Tiny Town has had to deal with one parent who continues to write negative reviews on this site using several different names. While I truly do appreciate a parent trying to warn me of dangerous situations, I think one post is enough. If this parent truly did feel an overwhelming urge to let parents know what was going on - one review would accomplish this task. It is apparent that these multiple negative postings about Tiny Town are more than just one innocent parent's attempt to warn people, these postings are meant to be malicious and destructive to the business.

I urge anyone thinking about sending your children to this facility to go to the center and check it out yourself. You will leave with a very good feeling. I left other centers in tears thinking about having to leave my children there. I feel comfortable leaving my children at Tiny Town while I work. In addition, I HAVE checked the state and its reports about Tiny Town and many others in the area. In fact, I was charged $15.00 by the state because I asked for so many documents. Again after reading these reports and speaking with Tiny Town management, I feel very safe with my kids at Tiny Town.

You can't believe everything you read on the internet, so your best bet is to check it out yourself. A few internet reviews will NOT give you an adequate picture of the facility. Go there and see for yourself!

I highly recommend this business!

PROS: Fun activities, lots of playtime, adequate space. Friendly staff.
CONS: Nothing that I can think of.

I am the mother of 10 month twins who go to Tiny Town. I was referred by a friend and looked at other day cares in the area before choosing. We love the facility. It is extremely clean and friendly. They don't care how many times I call to check on the babies or if I drop in to give kisses. The teachers greet my children every morning as if they are their own. We appreciate that it is a family run daycare. I am saddened to read the reviews written about how terrible of a place it is. This daycare may not be for everyone and I hope you can find one that fits your needs, but don't bash Tiny Town. My children are my life and I certainly would not leave them there if they weren't safe or were in danger in any way. One of the teachers carries one of the twins out for me each and every day... rain, snow or 105 degrees. These people care about our kids. We feel we have a partnership with Tiny Town. Kate and Karissa have addressed any and all concerns that I've had in a timely manner and have always followed up with me. Give them a break and quit writing bad reviews. If you are looking for daycare, give them a chance...they are good at what they do! And thank you for what you've done for us the past 7 months. You made going back to work easier.

PROS: There has been good, needed turnover of staff (the right ones left!)

Just for the record, I am a REAL parent who has a REAL child that attends Tiny Town. I have received all of the documents and records from the State of NE and yes, there have been some problems, but I have spoken with the Owners, The Director, the Assistant Director and many of the workers there and they have proved to me that EVERYTHING has been corrected. Do you think that I would send my child to such a horrible place if I thought that she was being neglected or abused? I think that the issue here goes way beyond a bad taste in your mouth for Tiny Town. Tiny Town has a new contract? What exactly are you talking about? They don't even have a contract with parents. You have to fill out an enrollment form and pay an enrollment fee but that's it. You may want to re examine your facts on that one. Also, just for the record, I was in the court room the day that your mentioning. If there would have been enough time for the Owner to explain herself about somethings, I don't think that the case would have ended the way that it did. Come to think about it, the case was about harassment to a certain parent..Yu no Who...not about the care of children at Tiny Town. Well, just look at some of the posting on this web site..HARASSMENT. Also, the defamation lawsuit was filed BEFORE the harassment case went to court and you know that. You mentioned that "parents" have not backed up their claim of "Tony Town being the best". Well, I'll tell you what, Go in, see the facility and meet the people that care for the children. That's all you can do. Please, do this before you make any harsh decisions about the facility. If anyone would like to have me back up my claim to who I am and what I represent, please let me know.Funny thing, you keep mentioning "the parents that are leaving negative reviews" you're the ONLY parent leaving negative reviews..who are you today...Katie A, Laurie J, or someone new. Why don't you be a real woman and log in as yourself? Why are you so afraid to put your real name?

I have had my daughter at Tiny Town for 7 months. I have a two year old who knows every shape, all the letters of the alphabet upper and lower case, can count to 14, etc. She is happy there, she loves her teachers and her teachers love her. I am an involved parent and spend time visiting with the staff in the mornings and afternoons. In 7 months, my daughter has had only one illness contrary to at least once a month in her last day care, her last day care was NAEYC certified too. When children aren't happy in a child care facility, it is usually a sign of a bad match. I am glad to know that I know all my daughter's care givers by name, they know me and take great care of my daughter every day.

My son has been attending Tiny Town since he was 3 months old. He is now 28 months old. I had looked at 8 different childcare centers when I was ready to return to work. Tiny Town not only was my favorite, it was by far the cleanest facility I stepped foot in. My son immediately took to the staff which made it so much easier for me to leave him being I was a first time mom. He is also in the 97th percentile for his age, speaking in full sentences, knowing his colors and shapes, and he can even count to ten in spanish! He is also fully potty trained thanks to the dedicated staff at Tiny Town. It saddens me that one parent is allowed to write as many different comments in as many different names as she wants. I am glad to know that Tiny Town will be able to care for my new baby on the way as well.

PROS: Staff takes parents concerns very seriously!!!!!
CONS: Possible waiting list.
