Piezano's

1. I have purchased speciality pizza; salads; and, lasagna. I have picked-up; had it delivered and eaten at the restaurant.

2. I have nothing but very kind things to say about both the food and the people. My only complaint is the portions are too big.

3. Very good deal especially considering the quality of the food.

4. Absolutely.

5. Be hungry, and wear expandable waist clothes.

Piezano's Pizza has been appart of the Lincoln resturante scene for nearly three decades, and though smaller than many of its competitors, has always far exceeded anyones expectations especally the first time customers. I worked as a waiter there in college for a couple of years, and never became sick of eating any of the food, and I have tried it all. Clearly the cream cheese pizza is the tradmark topping of this establishment, and the crust is fantastic, though many people fail to order the freshly tossed thin crust, which is my personal favorite. Now into the dishes, the wings will mostly likely be different than any you have sampled before, retaining the slightly spicy kick and tang of traditional wings, with a slightly garlic infused flavor, accomplanied with home made blue cheese dressing cannot be beat. My personal favorite of the dishes available is the Ceasar's Pie, ask about it they will tell you exactly what it is, and it is worth its weight in gold, a dish that you most likely will not find at many other resturantes. A tip for the salad that I have learned from expirience, and has grown in popularity, is if you get the Anitpasto Salad (Italian version of garden salad) order both the home made bleu cheese and the home made French dressing, both are great on their own but drizzling a little of both atop brings a whole new level.

Piezanos is famous for their thick-crusted pizza with Canadian Bacon, Pinappple, Tomato, and CREAM CHEESE. Yup, the cream cheese makes this pizza stand out from other pizza joints. And it is delicious! It is the kind of pizza you get CRAVINGS for. They also offer spaghetti, lasagne, and other standard pizzeria fare, but I have never tasted it, because I always get that Canadian Bacon/Creme Cheese specialty. AND they deliver. Perfect!
